Located in Rosemary Beach, this attractive condo for $357 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Salty Sunsets! Your answer to a perfect beach get-away... Come and be spoiled in our newly decorated condo! This beautiful, spacious Condo in the family-friendly Seacrest Beach community is within walking distance of the postcard-perfect Rosemary Beach as well as the elegant Alys Beach, and overlooks the majestic 12,000 square foot lagoon pool. Our beautiful three bedroom, three and half bath, 1,850 square foot home sleeps eight to ten and has upgrades throughout including wood floors, granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, ten foot ceilings, and a spacious GARAGE that has a great game area, including ping pong, shuffleboard, and foosball. Perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach or the pool. *** Our condo has just been painted - both inside and out! We also have new king mattresses as well as new sofas in the living room.*** The property is ideally situated in a park-like setting, the beach access is within a short walk (or take the seasonal beach tram that picks up at the end of our driveway). The property has super views of the community pool and lawn which can be enjoyed from the wide, furnished balcony. Salty Sunsets has private gated access from the backyard directly to the largest pool on 30A where you can enjoy the multiple, cascading pools, fountains, cabanas, and lush landscaping. The property has generous sized windows and multiple patio doors. The spacious living area is doused with sunlight from three sides. The entire living space, including the bedrooms, is all on one level and there is plenty of seating and dining areas to comfortably accommodate up to ten persons. Our condo is on the second floor - the first floor having the garage with the game area as well as one of the full bathrooms. And if you are having a family reunion or a wedding, consider our neighboring unit above. Combined, you can sleep 20 people in beds and enjoy 6 full baths and 2 half baths. WI-FI in both units. The property has a large, flat green space right next to it offering numerous opportunities to play yard activities and further enjoy the outdoors. We have several restaurants within walking or biking distance of our unit as well as quaint shops and grocery stores. Come be spoiled by all Salty Sunsets has to offer!

My family and I loved our stay at Salty Sunsets! The decor was absolutely beautiful and relaxing, the location is ideal and our hosts made us feel extra welcome with all of the sweet touches they added. We really hope to stay there again!

Unbelievable house/condo! Great decor and well kept! Would book the same place again next year if something is done to change the beach access.
Only issue is the beach access. The only company that offers beach service said they were sold out since March (online and over the phone), yet they had sets available to rent on-site ($500 for 2 chairs - 1 umbrella for the week...).
The "first come-first serve side of the beach access was so small it was ridiculous. You had to get up at 6am and get to the beach to get a spot. Too many people and not enough access.

We were here for a few days leading up to Labor Day. The property was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed and more. The garage was also very helpful for the days that it rained. We will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at your condo. Condo was clean. Pool was enjoyable but crowded. Only complaint was the Seacrest private beach area. We brought our own beach chairs and there wasn’t any room to set up. Way too many rental chairs taking up most of the room and most were not even rented. We went to a couple other nice inlet beaches. All in all great condo and enjoyable Rosemary beach town! Thanks again!

Wonderful stay!!
We had a wonderful week and great stay! The house was clean, beautifully decorated and conveniently located overseeing the pool and within walking distance to Rosemary. The walk to the beach was a short 5mins and easy walk for our young children. We also could take the tram at the end of the driveway. This house is child friendly and the owners have literally thought of everything a family could possibly need for their vacation. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect for all ages!
We had two adults, four teenage girls (ages 15-16), and an 8 year old girl. Plenty of space (and bathrooms) for everyone! We loved having the garage to park the 16-year-old’s car for the week AND keep our bicycles secure. Unit was well-stocked! Highly recommend.

What a great property! It had everything we needed. Great location with easy access to pool and steps to tram service that drops off at beach. Rent the chairs early via La Dolce Vita. We also rented at nearby Inlet Beach using Redfish Rentals. Can walk to restaurants and shops at both Seacrest Village and Rosemary Beach. Easy drive to Panama City as well which has tons of offerings. Kathy was very accessible. A great host! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect Stay - Incredibly gracious hosts!
This rental is not only beautiful and in a great location (next to tram pick up, right by the pool, perfectly between Alys and Rosemary, etc.), but the thoughtfulness shown by the hosts was truly a gift! The space was clean and so comfortable. We truly had the best stay. Will for sure remember this rental the next time we are in the area!

Sweet Stay at Salty Sunsets
Had a perfect stay at salty sunsets. The floor plan and location of the condo is wonderful. Decor and furnishings in the condo were beautiful and comfortable. We are a family of 4 and shared the condo with another couple and their 2 kids. All the kids loved the bunk room and the games area in the garage. Our king bed was so comfortable that I will be asking the owner about the mattress for my own bed at home. Condo is easy walking distant to the beach shopping great restaurants bike rentals etc. Thank you Kathy and Greg for a wonderful weekend at 30A. We will definitely be staying here again.

I have stayed in this area for the past 4yrs, this was the first time I was not able to rent a place directly on the beach overlooking the ocean. This unit is across the street and priced higher then I have paid for beach front unites in the past. I was ok with paying a higher price because I thought I was renting an entire house. It was not clearly stated in this listing that this property was a duplex building, that was my first surprise.
The property was vacuumed where you could see the floor and the bathrooms were clean. Aside from that the place was filthy dirty, ceiling fans had a inch layer of dust around the blades, upon seeing a roach run under the couch we moved it to the side only to discover piles of dirt and food crumbs under the couch. Cabinmate handles and drawers were sticky and coated with caked on scum. The place was extremely dirty and had not really been cleaned for some time.
Storage, there is none. There is no food pantry and all the cabinets in the kitchen as packed full of multiple sets of dishes and cookware. Any food you purchase that is not kept in the refrigerator is kept in a pile on the kitchen countertop because there is no ware else to put it. This is also true for the bedrooms, there is no space to put anything, drawers are stuffed with extra electronic equipment and decorations, the closet are used as storage space for extra chairs, end tables and other furniture. The owner needs to clean out all the stuff they have stored in the kitchen and closets so renters can actually use the space.
Condition, the last comment I'll make is regarding the furniture and beds, this stuff is old, warn out, soiled, there is no support of cushion left in any of it, beds, chairs, couches... It's all crap!!!
FYI - I had to give one star for cleanliness because 0 stars is not an option.
