Guests of this condo can plan their day at the beach in the living room (cooled by central air conditioning) or on the colorfully furnished private patio. Cook up something tasty in the full kitchen outfitted with ocean-themed details, a Keurig coffee maker, all the tools you need, as well as a dishwasher to help with cleanup. Each bedroom features a TV and ceiling fan, and the shared full bathroom is outfitted with stylish shiplap. Guests of this condo can also enjoy access to a shared outdoor shower and outdoor pool - you may end up spending most of your vacation in the water! Private beach access is on site, just a short walk from your condo's door. Hop on the free Pensacola Beach trolley and enjoy transportation to popular nearby attractions. Pensacola Beach public beach with shopping and restaurants is just under four miles away, and Fort Pickens-Gulf Island National Seashore is just under seven miles to the northwest. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Four beach chairs and beach towels are available for guest use. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Our family had a great time. The condo was perfect for our needs and was very close to the beach and 2.5 miles from restaurants and shopping. Kitchen has every utensil and appliance we could think of. We had ample linens and pillows. The view was not amazing, but the beach was so close it did not matter to us. Overall, great place to stay for the price.

Excellent location. Clean and super cute. The only drawback to this location were the neighbors upstairs with small children running and jumping. I know this is a place fot families so I didn't complain. I will rent again because I too am a parent.

We decided to take a last minute trip to Pensacola for the beach time. Very short walk to the beach! (Literally a 2 min walk). The condo itself is comfy, clean, and provides the amenities needed for a getaway.

It exceeded our expectations. I think it was even better than the photos! The details were so awesome. It was 100 percent a beach condo. You can tell there was a lot of thought put into the decor. They also provided beach chairs and boogie boards. We had all the dishes we could possibly need. The best part? It was less than a minute walk to the gorgeous white sand and beautiful blue waters. I will definitely be booking here again. The happiness on my kid’s faces (two are grown) when we walked in was priceless. They loved it so much. Clean, well kept, close to the water, great community, safe and oh so beautiful!

Great beach and location- nice property, description of listing (photos) are deceiving. Much of the decor was changed, dust on blinds, dust on lamp shades, several lightbulbs were blown. Vacasa did make right on the lightbulbs but said they weren’t sure if the property “changed owners”?? as the reason for the pictures not matching the actual condo. Also, photos make condo look WAY larger than it actually is. We were on top of each other as a family of 4 with our infant twins as well. Overall, average for the stay.

Quiet, Quaint Escape!
What a cute get-away! The condo had all sorts of fun nooks and crannies. Kitchen was full of what we needed for cooking in and the Ice maker prolific. Be sure to bring keurig for your coffee- thought I’d miss the pot but found it just made it easier to grab an afternoon cup. Plenty of new white towels and all the essentials to start with so no need for a run to get paper goods. Despite being a condo, we never heard the neighbors so it felt like our own quiet get-away! The gorgeous wide white beach was just steps away for long walks along huge oceanfront homes and the clear blue gulf is unbeatable. The private balcony was great for a quiet read in the afternoon sun and a cocktail. Even had covered parking right at the base of the steps up to the unit. Can’t wait to go back!

This property is a short drive from Pensacola Beach and a private beach is within a short walk from unit. The walls seemed paper thin and you could hear everything going on in other rooms and from neighboring units. Beds were less comfortable than my home and both tvs in bedrooms were broken, although property manager did call and alert us that the tvs were broken. We scheduled three nights and then went home after only two. Will not tent this unit again.

We rented this condo in order to visit while attending Mardi Gras events at Pensacola Beach. The location was just 3 miles from the events, which worked, but there were other issues. It did not appear that there was good insulation and you could hear everything going on in any room of the condo (and neighbors above) during the stay. We felt uncomfortable that we would be overheard or disturb neighbors and felt we had little privacy in that regard. The tv units in the bedrooms were broken but we were contacted right before check in by Vacasa, alerting us to that problem. Uncertain what we could have said? Also, the beds were not very comfortable. The ad states this was a pet friendly unit and then, when we received our checkin email, we saw that we should have alerted that we had pets and paid a pet deposit. We ended up boarding our dogs, as Vacasa phoneline just rang to a recording and we were put on hold. Eventually hung up. Based on the foregoing issues, we decided to go home early and did not stay in the unit on Sunday night. Likely, this would not be a good unit for a family with children. Also, check everything carefully in advance, as it is not easy to reach Vacasa, if you have a problem at check in. Also, the property cannot be accessed via Calle Traviesa as per Google directions. That gate is barred and marked permanently closed. Had to wander around neighboring streets and figure out how to access the units.
