Situated in Pensacola Beach, this lovely condo for $262 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Our truly unique slice of heaven awaits you on Pensacola a quarter mile wide our pristine snow white beaches and emerald Gulf of will be the perfect vacation. The boardwalk is nestled on our sound beach and yet just a 4 minute walk to the Gulf. This is the perfect location for water sport fanatics. Your accommodations are beautifully decorated with comfort being a high priority. Enjoy the tranquility in the spring, fall ..winter and well hidden secret, the weather is fantastic and the accommodations reasonably priced, affordable. Monthly rentals in the winter - white sand versus white snow! Up to four guests can comfortably sleep here in two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have queen size beds, and a futon downstairs and couch space for two more.. Other amenities include WiFi, and a large washer/dryer. Local activities include tours of the National Naval Aviation Museum (21 miles northwest), boat, jet-ski, and stand-up paddle board rentals, local fishing charters, and even attending a Blue Wahoos game (the local minor league baseball team who play 10 miles north at Pensacola Bay front Stadium). You could also take a refreshing drive north or south on scenic Highway 98, along which you'll find un-crowded beaches, quaint towns, plenty of shopping, and local eateries. We now accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover, 3.5% service charge added to your total. There are 2 1/2 baths one off each bedroom and one off the family room. There are 3 beautiful decks where you can view the water and sunsets that are completely private and not shared. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. There is a charcoal grill and water play toys! There is FREE wireless internet service. There is cable. There is a DVD and CD. There is a futon and comfortable couch for naps! On the deck downstairs, there is a hammock and picnic table painted by my amazing daughters :) We share a beautiful pool. There is a volleyball court as well. A free trolley service runs all through summer. Grab a ride. Go have a fresh drink or two.

We love the beach and this property is right on it. We rode our bikes everywhere, golfed, walked, laid on the beach and enjoyed the pool. Claire was very easy to deal with. Had a slight issue with the ice maker and she had someone come right over to look at it. We enjoyed our stay on Pensacola Beach.

We stayed in this house for 3 months, we had very comfortable stay in this lovely 3 level 2 bedroom with 21/2 bath house. I loved the layout in the house, lots of space and privacy. Two decks were great to sit for fresh air and sunshine and enjoyed hammock for relaxing. We had wonderful experience living in pensacola. Location of this house is great two minutes walk to water in the back yard to bay , amazing sunset from the property private pier and five minutes walk to beach. Claire was always available to answer any of our questions, communication was never an issue, she was very nice to us, we are very thankful to her that she let us stay at her lovely home. We were sad to leave but we will sure come back again and will choose this house again in future.

Property was just as posted. It was centrally located on Pensacola Beach. Easy to get to freeway and was near National Park Shore line which is worth the fee. Private beach to the bay and across the street from the gulf with a partial view from the second and third floors. Owner is very easy to work with. We hope to return in the future.

Good beach location. Claire was very easy to communicate with. Beach chairs and umbrella were available to use which was very handy. We had a great time exploring the area and everyone we met was super friendly.

The condo location is terrific...easy Gulf and Sound access. Many items included made the stay affordable...Grill, beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, etc. plus kitchen supplies.There were disappointments though. If we had had more than 4 adults in our group, I don’t know where the others would have slept. The space was adequate but in need of some TLC. There were many small maintenance issues that felt bothersome to us although the owner is planning renovations. In relation to other nearby properties, it seems older but the pricing reflected that. Overall it was a good experience. The condo owner was helpful and very quick with replies to our questions.

Everything was good in condo but don’t expect to use roll away cot or futon for extra beds. They both are too squeaky to sleep on. The rooms are spacious. Claire was great!

We loved this property. Very conveniently located. The sound out back is great for kids and the dock is fun to jump off. The gulf is a short walk away across the street. Condo is very comfortable and easy to use. It had everything we needed. Claire was easy to contact and sent plenty of information ahead of our trip. We really enjoyed it!

Location was excellent and the place was overall a nice place to stay. Definitely felt like you were at the beach. The other residents were very friendly and it was so quiet which gave a relaxing atmosphere. The only bad comment would be that the kitchen sink drain pad needs to be replaced. We definitely will rebook !

Ms Claire was extremely easy to work with, and her property was exactly as described, from the few cosmetic issues to having everything you need to make traveling less stressful. I was skeptical about whether or not there would really be beach stuff there, but the other reviews were accurate. We had to cut our trip a day short due to the tropical storm, and Claire was understanding and helped us however she could. When we come back, we will definitely be using this property and Claire again.

The condo was very comfortable and had plenty of room for my family. Claire had everything we needed to use indoors and even had beach chairs, umbrella and bikes for us to use outdoor. Loved the different level decking and enjoyed the large hammock. This corner condo had lots of privacy and covenience to the gulf and bay. Will definitely use again on our next Pensacola Bach trip.❤️
