About this apartment rental
Our condo is located on the 5th floor directly on the sugar-white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Inside this 1770 sq/ft condo is 3 bedrooms and 3 baths (plus sofa sleeper) that have been tastefully decorated in a rustic coastal flavor. The open floor plan includes a spacious kitchen with all new appliances, granite counter tops, a breakfast nook with seating for 6 and amazing views of the entire peninsula.
The kitchen looks into the dining room and living room and onward to the 360 sq/ft terrace that overlooks the pool and then the white sandy beaches and turquoise green ocean that awaits your visit. The dining room has seating for 6 and there is also 3 stools for additional seating at the bar. The living room can easily accommodate seating for 6 to sit back and relax in the evening after those long sunny days to watch a movie, a game or a little tv on the 55 inch LCD. The couch can be converted into a queen sofa sleeper to accommodate those extra guest needing a place to lie down for the night.
The spacious terrace has lounge seating for 4 and table seating for an additional 4. The terrace/balcony provides astonishing views of the entire peninsula, which includes the sound, the bridge, the gulf's longest pier, the largest pool in Navarre and of course the ocean. The views are just breathtaking and a great place for that morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Come and check it out for yourself.

The owner is awesome! Great communicator too. There was an a/c problem and it was fixed within 30 minutes after I texted him. The property is located near the pier and great restaurants.

Our time at Navarre Beach was great. The condo was very clean, well supplied and well organized. Could have used a few more towels and wash clothes and maybe replace a few of the more “dingy” looking ones in the bathrooms but we made do. The view from the balcony was terrific as was the location of the condo related to the distance to the pool. Lots of room for our entire family. The parking garage is pretty tight pulling in and out of the spots but you learn how best to park after the first couple times. Chris gave us all the information we needed to check in and check out. We didn’t have any other communications but I feel we would have been responded to quickly as I knew was done when we first booked and had a few questions. Thanks again for a wonderful relaxing time! Hope to do it again!

We have been going to the Florida Panhandle for a Spring vacation for about six years. We returned to Navarre Beach because we like that it is less congested and my husband loves the fishing pier. This condo was the best we have stayed in. Chris responded quickly to any questions we had. We love that it has three bedrooms instead of the typical two, as well as three bathrooms. We like to cook most of our own meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. I don't normally sleep well away from home but the king bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. There were a ton of board games and puzzles which we took advantage of in the evenings and when the weather was bad. We really appreciated the two free beach chairs. Our favorite part of the condo was the huge balcony where we spent almost every evening hanging out and listening to the ocean. We definitely hope to come back!

The condo was great! Loved the big balcony and the view from it. We had everything we needed and communication with the owner was great! We will book again if we go back to the area.
