About this condo rental
Situated in Pensacola Beach, this attractive condo for $320 per night is a great option for your next trip. Children's beach toys and boogie boards located in owners closet for guests use all year long. 2 Complimentary Beach Chairs with footrest and umbrella, MARCH through OCTOBER. (Nov -Feb beach set up also available- inquire with owner) . 2 lightweight beach chairs and umbrella available in unit closet for use anytime by guests as well as many beach toys for kids Pool and Spa heated (pool when necessary) 2 EV charging stations are available in the building parking lot at the Pearl New air conditioning system installed in July 2022 with UV light sanitizer Extra care in cleaning is provided to protect you and your family during this Covid - 19 period. We comply will all Covid-19 cleaning guidelines. During Spring Break and again Memorial Day through Labor Day, professional security patrols the property 7 PM to 1 AM daily. ALL building units equipped with fire alarms, sprinklers and stairwells for your safety and protection. The unit is on the 14th floor. It affords a wonderful and enjoyable view of Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. The Pearl is directly on the water and has NO obstruction to view of the Gulf from the balcony. You also have a great view of Florida’s longest pier from the balcony. The unit is high enough that the sounds from the swimming pool (1 of the 2 pools and spa are heated) are muffled and you are able to look down at the sea life that traverses the Gulf without the distortion caused by the water as viewed from lower units. Navarre Beach is connected to Pensacola Beach via the National Seashore. You will enjoy the serenity of the seashore while driving the beach road. You will see the wonderful beach life that include dolphins, pelicans, sea turtles, sea birds and abundant sea life. Bring your binoculars for close observation both from the unit and the shoreline. This unit is a child friendly condominium. NOTE: Building and unit completely repainted in Apr 2021 to include balcony + new king mattress (with protector)/ comforter / pillows (with protectors), all new rugs throughout, updated decor / accessories (pics etc). New washing machine & dryer, range, microwave. New queen pullout mattress and love seat in 2021. Mediacom HD on Living Room (Smart TV), Master Bedroom & 2nd Bedroom TVs Beach walk over has handicap access ramp for wheelchairs. Steps and /or ramp available to guests at all times. Premises secured by coded gates at all access points for your security. Jimmy Buffett may have had Navarre Beach in mind when he took off for that famous weekend. Navarre Beach is a quiet getaway barrier island like no other on the Florida Panhandle. With a relaxed family oriented atmosphere, yet with plenty to do, it has 20 miles of federally protected beaches to run, walk, or bike with 15 miles of of bike paths. Awake to breathtaking sunrises. Spend the day with activities in any direction or simply relax on the pristine white beaches while gazing at the emerald blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and drift off to sleep at night to the sound of the surf gently lapping outside your bedroom window. You are only a 5 minute walk to a 1450 foot fishing pier, the longest in Florida. (viewable from balcony and in picture) This Pearl condominium unit offers privacy and spaciousness in it's dramatic 1400 square foot living area with 9 foot ceilings. Additionally, there is a156 SF of covered balcony off the living room and master bedroom and floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors on gulf side. There is nothing ordinary about this condominium. This upscale tropical unit will meet the most discriminating tastes. The master bedroom has a separate dressing area, large walk in closet, whirlpool tub big enough for 2 and a separate walk in large shower. This prestigious complex is within easy walking distance of two of our island restaurants. The pool is OPEN year round and 1 of the 2 pools are heated during the winter season as is the spa year round. For your safety, the building is equipped with automatic sprinklers in every building unit. The unit is protected with a deadbolt lock. We are fully-equipped to meet all of your needs in this home-away-from-home. The complex's exercise room is equipped with weights, bike and treadmill. We have complimentary beach chairs (2) and umbrella from March 1 through Oct 31. Chairs are also available Nov to Feb through an independent beach service. So grab your suntan lotion and flip flops and head to the beach. Vacationing at this latitude will definitely have a positive effect on your attitude! AN IMPORTANT NOTE: The unit is supplied with paper towels, soap and toilet paper to support your arrival needs. This is standard practice since the size of guests groups and length of stays vary. What a great place to stay! We have vacationed at Navarre Beach for many years and have stayed at The Pearl numerous times. We have never stayed in this unit but would definitely stay here in the future. This condo has everything we needed. Easy check-in and check-out.
14th floor means great views! The owners of this unit have provided beach chairs and umbrella service which is a great bonus! So nice to get down to the beach without having to lug anything more than a cooler and beach bag. We look forward to staying here again.

The condo was spotless. Beautiful views and we loved the floor to ceiling windows. We could see lots of marine life from the balcony. The balcony and furniture out there needed some attention...I guess the salt air is hard on things. Despite that we still spent most of our time there. The location of the building was perfect and close to everything. The property and grounds were well maintained. We will be back.

We had an amazing stay, enjoyed being walking distance to several restaurants, and fell in love with Navarre Beach! The water is so beautiful and we loved walking to the pier and seeing several sea turtles. Condo was in a perfect location for everything-food/bars, pier, plus headache free parking at the Pearl! Pete was super attentive and responsive as a host and we will definitely be back!

We stayed in a condo on the 14th floor and the view was AMAZING. The room and property was nice. We all enjoyed the pool and the beautiful beach. It was never crowded. If we needed anything, places were all within driving distance from the condo. Would definitely stay here again, if we go back to Navarre Beach for another beach trip.

When we opened the door to the property, we were blown away by the view. Being a higher unit, the view was absolute incredible. Our family loved the amenities that the building offered. The pools were very clean and it was a short walk to the beach. The unit even came with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella.
The unit itself was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The owner, Pete, had great communication and was quick to respond any time we had a question. This was our first time in Navarre and it was an amazing experience. I would highly recommend this property.

Everything was just as listed with detailed entry instructions so that we had no need to contact the host. Nice, quiet and secure building, great condo with an amazing view and beach access. Definitely a nice perk to have the reserved beach chairs/umbrella with condo. If ever heading back to the gulf this would be our top pick of beach and condo!

He went out of his way to help us with a mishap (our fault) after our vacation stay. If you are looking for a place to stay, look no further! You won't regret it.

We loved our Condo it was such a large and well stocked unit. Plenty of room to spread out. The Master bath was just awesome as was the Master bedroom and view from the bed was perfect. We had a small issue with a guest on the floor below us who kept complaining about "us" when we wasnt even there 😑 Pete addressed it and it was taken care of promptly. He was very accommodating and even had the master bed replaced mid stay due to a previous complaint, so I know he takes care of things. The area is very low key and that what we wanted!

Perfect location for a relaxing vacation. The rental is conveniently located and easy to get to. There is plenty of space for a family of four. The unit is located in a very friendly and safe complex. The pool area and hot tub are great anytime of year. Everyone is very friendly and it's quiet location. There's plenty of places nearby to go eat and it's located very close to the pier. Would definitely stay again.

Property was exactly as described. We went in the winter and beach was quiet and beautiful. View from the balcony was amazing. Spacious and clean condo for our family of 4. We took advantage of the fun things to do in the community 20-30 min away and then came back to the place to relax. Took advantage of the heated pool and hot tub. Great time.

The only thing that Pete couldn't guarantee was the weather. It seems I brought the arctic freeze with me from Virginia to Navarree Beach. But we were so grateful to be where we were. Everything you could think of (as an over planner I speak); was thought of. The views are amazing. Such a short walk to the pier for hubby's attempt to catch a fish. As a mom of a daughter currently using assisted devices ranging from a cane to wheelchair, we really appreciated the condo and the ramp to the beach. It made a difficult physical limitation more palitable and allowed for some family time on the beach when it warmed up. Condo is centrally located and as an Air Force brat I appreciated the short 30 minute drive to Eglin AFB to visit my old home. The seafood is the best you can find and I have quite a few good recommendations. We will be back. In a warmer time...but we will return!
