Located on the Florida Panhandle, this condominium on Navarre Beach provides less crowds than the popular nearby Destin while still boasting white quartz sand and spectacular beach views of the Gulf of Mexico. This spacious 14-th floor corner condo has a wrap around south and west facing patio, abundant natural light, ten-foot high ceilings, crown molding, granite kitchen countertops, and a separate wine/beverage cooler and wet bar. Wake up to the gorgeous gulf view from the owner's suite, equipped with double sinks, walk-in-closet, separate shower and soaking tub and has it's own entrance to the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The north bedroom also has it's own balcony which overlooks the Santa Rosa Sound, bathroom, kitchenette, and washer/dryer. The building includes amenities containing a workout area, game room, one heated pool, one regular pool and a hot tub. There are pet friendly bags and trash cans as well as a separate area for outdoor grilling and smoking. The owner purchases a seasonal chair service which supplies two chairs and one umbrella during the day from March to November. Additional chairs can be rented on the beach. Sparkling clean condo & complex - perfect location for our family to celebrate the New Year. We loved the layout of the condo, private bathrooms for each bedroom, nice! 2 Balconies & the bay side balcony view was just as pretty as the view on the gulf side I thought. The pier is just short walk down beach, fun to see all the fishermen set up & catching fish, we watched a you tube video after we got home of person dropping gopro under pier, amazing how clear & beautiful the water is & there were a lot of fish around the pylons of the pier, we might need to try to fish when we go back, just google youtube gopro at navarre pier. Restaurant that we loved - Andy Ds, ate there more than once, short walk down beach, owner greets everyone, great atmosphere, some of our group had the pokie bowl i think it was called, really good! Beautiful just sitting on balcony enjoying coffee. We met Sweetpea at the turtle sanctuary, walked over there too, found lots of shells on the beach, drove over to the Gulfarium in Ft Walton, short drive, loved the Dolphin show! Oh, even though the temperature was in high 50s/low 60s, family enjoyed the swimming pools & especially the hot tub, i was so impressed by the staff at the Pearl, they keep everything so clean, pools & hottub were amazing! Our kids would plunge in the cold pool, then go jump in the heated pool & mix hottub in the fun. Sorry for so many words, we just had an amazing time at The Pearl.Owner & staff communicated exceptionally! Thank you!

Absolutely Beautiful condo! Clean, very spacious, and beautifully decorated. The pool and beach were great too! It was especially nice to be able to bring our dog. I’m hoping to come back next year! Loved the welcoming bottle of wine also!

I booked this condo for our family vacation. The place was amazing. The condo was very big and had plenty of room for my family and my parents to stay. The owners are very prompt to respond and call you if needed. The beach was beautiful. I would highly recommend this property!

Condo was perfect! 6 adults and we all had plenty of room. Had red flags all week but one morning was yellow flag. One day was double red flag. So didn’t get to enjoy the water. Would definitely recommend this condo and come back.

Everything was exactly as described in listing. Beds were comfortable. The condo is nicely appointed without feeling cluttered. View from the balcony is excellent and we enjoyed having our meals outside.

Very accommodating for adults and pets but not so much for infants-2 years old, very roomy unit furnished with a good amount of gadgets. No noise from elevator. It would be appreciated if they could provide beach towels, high chair and a pack-in-play for young ones to sleep in. Beach towels take up a lot of room in your suitcase when flying. If I was driving these items wouldn’t be an issue.

The pictures are accurate and the condo is spacious. The beaches are incredible in Navarre. The owner was easy to talk to and helped us when needed. We would stay here again. Walmart and Aldi made for easy grocery shopping. Love that there’s two sets of washers and dryers. This is a great, relaxing place to stay. Beautiful views of the ocean.

Sofa and living rug is wore out. Not a comfortable chair or setting in the condo. Construction next door started early in the morning. No beach chairs until March, was not told that.

This condo is exceptional. We traveled with our adult children & granddog and the layout provided plenty of privacy. The panoramic views make it extra special. Everything we needed and more in the kitchen plus very comfortable bedding. The roomy open living room, dining area and kitchen was a great place to hangout. Jason was great to work with in all ways. Our family will definitely return!

Come relax and feel rejuvenated here at The Pearl. The view from the 14th floor is incredible. We had everything we needed for a wonderful week and cooked many meals. Our pets were content and the beds were made for good rest. Nice mattresses. The view from the sound was beautiful and ocean view was breathtaking. The host gifted us a bottle of wine and we felt right at home the entire time. Complete privacy and ease of check in was a dream. Thank you, Jason. Hope you'll have us back!

I don’t think we have ever stayed in a place as awesome as this one. It is very spacious with three bedrooms and 3 baths which allows multiple couples or family members to all have their own space. The condo is furnished with all utensils and dinnerware needed for cooking your favorite meal. This condo is considered dog friendly with an additional fee which is quite understandable. I cannot brag on this place enough. Looking forward to spending all of our vacations here from now on.

The condo was very nice and the overall facility was well maintained. Location is very convenient to restaurants, the pier, and the bridge. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues and Vashti resolved them promptly. She and Jason were both a pleasure to work with.

Great condo. Beautiful views of the ocean. Everything that you need is in condo. Pet friendly which was great for us because our dog is a diabetic and needs injections twice daily so we do not leave her with anyone.

We went to Navarre with my wife and daughter two grandsons and two friends. We were very happy with our unit. It was extremely clean! They even worked with us to get in a little bit early. We love the location the view is gorgeous from 1406. We definitely would like to stay again and highly recommend this unit and the owner was very helpful!
