We decided to give VRBO a shot because the hotel we normally use is so high this time of year. This property is right next to it so we knew the location would be good. The condo is a little older but has been kept up well. It could do with some updated appliances and cabinets in the kitchen but it met our needs just fine. It had all the comforts of home and we had plenty of room. The property manager was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We didn’t have any problems at all and would stay here again. We had a very nice relaxing vacation. Thank you!

It is like staying at home very cozy all the comfort of home. Love the closet of games and movies. The deck is a great place to have a morning coffee. The beach is just a short walk to the back. Pool is very clean and well kept. Can’t wait to go back!

We gathered for a family wedding and stayed a week to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary. Our daughter and her husband joined us for the week. It was wonderful, eacj couple had a private space. The beach was so close, the pool was perfect. We enjoyed a wonderful relaxing week!

We were very happy with the space, location and our experience! It was an easy walk to the beach or pool with our infant and toddler.

As advertised, clean condo, comfortable beds. Lacey the property manager very responsive; there was only one roll of TP and no hairdryer. When contacted she brought over TP and hairdryer that same day. Walk to the beach is 2 minutes, beautiful and not crowded. Rent an Umbrella $22 per day or by the week. Nice spacious living room area. TV didn't have cable but could stream thru our own Netflix, U tube. The pool was never crowded and open til 10pm, no lifeguard. Balcony was good to sit out on. It wasn't in the sun all day so able to sit outside in afternoon and evening. Navarre Seafood Market is a must to go to if you want to get fresh local shrimp, grouper, red snapper and oysters. Also go to Twist for homemade ice cream, better than Turtle Roll. We went to Walmart before going to condo to get food etc. There is a Publix and Winn Dixie just over the bridge for items you might need too. Cookware not that good, one of the frying pans was warped, so hard to use. I made due with what was there. Minimal glasses, tupperware, bowls. Spices from what other people had left so make sure you buy spices you want including salt and pepper. Need to buy aluminum foil, saran wrap, ziploc bags, if you use them. We bought plastic containers.The table on the balcony had peeling rust all over the outside. Beach chairs were terrible only 2 that were really usable, the other one we used had broken arms, no beach umbrella, no beach towels, the beach closet was a mess.

The condo was nice. I will say, however, the doors on the outside of the condo need to be updated.

Nice condo. Clean and well maintained. I probably didn’t read close enough since the condo didn’t have a view of the ocean, despite being listed as on the beach. Overall a nice stay.

All smooth. Was hoping for an elevator. Hate stairs. But thanks for the 2 Queen beds. Only reason we booked your house. Very hard to get that

when we first arrived the place smelled a little lot mold we went and got spray and turned on the ac. seemed to help some

We spent the New Years here again. This time we brought our neighborhood friends. condo was clean as usual. we will return again in September.

Great time was had by all . Santa found the condo easily . We were very comfortable .

My sister rented this earlier this year and we loved it so much we returned!

Upon arrival at 4 pm which is the scheduled check in they were in our unit doing toilet repairs. The day before we left we cut the ceiling fan on in master bedroom it circulated twice making a clicking noise then fell down. The entire fan assembly with wires. My 11 month old niece was on the bed when the fan fell and if barely missed her. The fan was only secured with two small screws. Contacted property manager and was told to just send pictures. They never even came up to see. When I contacted her back she said "oh I forgot to text you and tell you maintenance will fix it after y'all leave". So we were left with a ceiling fan on the floor and no light but a lamp in master bedroom.

Was very good would recommend it to anyone

This trip was perfect for us. We will definitely be back soon. Condo was great and we had plenty of room.

Everything was great. Condo was clean and comfortable. You are literally steps from the beach.

Renting this property was seamless

So you can’t see the beach from your room like you can with some of the other condos but I did not have a problem with that. It was a very short walk to the beach and the condo itself was very nice. I plan to stay with them again instead of the larger condos. They don’t have near the foot traffic and it felt like we had more room on the beach itself compared to being in between two larger condos. The price was better as well compared to where we normally stay. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Great location beach side. We enjoyed our stay here. We look forward to coming back.

This place was absolutely amazing and more than we could've asked for. The location is awesome and it's a very short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back!

Not recommend for families. Great place and set up for a family vacation but the property manager was not pleasant and was very rude to us. She ended up asking us how much longer will we continue our stay because our toddlers were to loud. She was very rude and made us feel very uncomfortable we ended up leaving a day early. Definitely wouldn’t rent if you are a family. Location was great for us to go back and forth to the beach with the babies but the rude approach from management ruined our trip.

Pros - older building, had a little bit of a musty smell (has never had that in the past, and I’m sure it’ll be taken care of now), and no beach view from the unit itself. But this is a great value, and we had so much room to spread out in the unit and on the beach. Highly recommend!

This was an awesome location but house rules were challenging because owners aren’t supplying what is needed to complete the tasks. One rule is not to move kitchen chairs across the tiles. Those chairs need foam pads on the bottoms because not moving once you sit down to eat or play games is unreasonable. We are asked to wash a load of towels and dishes but not provided dish washing detergent or laundry detergent so I had to leave the area to purchase these to follow the rules. Aside from this, the condo is at a great location, has an awesome pool, tennis courts, beach location etc.

This is a very clean and comfortable unit for a beach stay. Only a short walk to a beautiful beach with pool right out the door of the condo.

We enjoyed our stay at Navarre Beach! The condo was not fancy or decorated like a 5 star hotel, but it was very clean, quiet, safe, and right on the BEAUTIFUL beach! It was super nice to have an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off and then jump into the pool also! Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Loved our stay. Wish it could have been longer. Cable in secondary bedroom was sketchy but that is the only knock. Great place to stay if the beach is your purpose.
