Best described as dated and unique, but definitely worked well for our family gathering. The house had plenty of room for our large group. We had ages 14-93 and the stairs and sunken game room, that led to the 2 bedrooms on the lower floor and the sunken front room changed plans for our 93 year old father. He was unable to maneuver the multiple steps and had to go stay in a hotel. The house is stuck in the 60’s, but the furnishings were clean and more updated and provided ample seating for all. There was a broken couch leg and Mike was quick to respond and offered to send a repairman if needed. The main kitchen was lacking pot holders and mixing bowls, but was well stocked with plates, glasses and silverware. The overhead lite/skylight needs to be clean…bugs, debris, etc. The outdoor space was a big hit. Lots of areas to enjoy and loved the fire pit in the evenings. The jacuzzi drained itself every night, so we had to refill daily if we wanted to use it. Several of us have a pool at our home and know the mechanics of operating one, but no one could get the pump to prime to be able to circulate and use. The long driveway is shared with another neighbor and we had to parked on the left side only, but it didn’t prove to be a problem. It was a good location for our needs and would definitely stay there again in the future.

My best friend & I brought our families together from MI & NY in this spacious Woodland Hills home. Everyone had their own spacious bedrooms, including the two teenagers & seniors! The neighbors are friendly and the area is beautiful and has all your fav amenities in walking distance.
The outdoor pool, patio and sitting area was a great way to relax after hanging out in the city. If you plan your day right you miss the traffic. We were just a few miles away from Topanga Scenic Overlook; the Pacific Coast Highway, downtown LA & the Santa Monica Pier.

A great property for a group get-together, with all kinds of space and a fun pool area.

We had a nice time at this property. There was plenty of space for all and tons of closet space! The bedrooms were all nice. It would have been nice if the air conditioning had been on when we arrived as it was 102 degrees outside. The main fridge wasn't cold either. Luckily there was a second frige in the other kitchen. A property rep should probably stock the kitchen with pot holders, mixing bowls, dish towels and a working can opener. The can opener provided was cheap and didn't work. We wanted to make pancakes but there wasn't a bowl big enough for the batter. The pool was great! However, the jaccuzi never heated up. Directions were followed but it never got warm. We will probably stay again because we live close by and can bring our own kitchen supplies. But for anyone traveling from far away it might be frustrating. Aesthetically, it's nice but maybe retile the jaccuzi and spruce up the landscaping. All that said, we all really did enjoy ourselves at this property.

Was a great weekend with kids and grandkids. House is big- could definitely have more then 16 no problem. We enjoyed out by the pool. Had everything we needed. Michael was always in touch. Plenty of towels and nice bedding. The house is vintage- 1963 like Nana. It could use some TLC. It’s eclectic too but was kid friendly and worked for us.

It was a great property and beautiful, no complaints! The only problem was that there were noise sensors in the house where everyone hangs out in the main rooms. This led to the owner getting noise alerts during the night and texting me, even though we kept the noise indoors (a little bit of music playing). I would recommend the house to people who have families, plan on going to bed early and keeping the noise to a minimum.

Ages from 3 to 82, this property addressed our needs comfortably. The two living rooms allowed for the movie & video gamers to be in one and the conversations in the other. The game room provided opportunities for memorable uncle and niece & nephew interactions. When it wasn’t raining, the patio was a fun interactive place to gather, with the more adventurous braving swimming in the cold pool.

We loved our stay at Pacific Dreams! We have a large family with several children ranging in age from 0 to 15 and this home was perfect! Each family had their own space (and bathroom!), there was enough plates / glasses / mugs and the towels were fabulous! The game room gave the older kids something to do in between events (which was perfect!). It was too cold for the pool, but I can imagine that would have been wildly popular. Home was clean and the location was excellent (lots of grocery / restaurant options nearby). Loved it!

Calabasas house
We had a delightful stay in the spacious but dated house. The house’s eclectic design provides varied species for our 3-generation family of 13 people. The bedrooms are spaced apart and there are multiple sitting areas. The living room at the front of the house is the nicest, especially when the morning light brightens it up and seems to invite you to sit down on the comfortable couches. The game room, of course, was popular with everyone.
Mike sent multiple text messages before and during our stay to ensure that we were happy. The hot tub has a cool 65 degrees when we arrived but it has an impressive heating system. We turned it on and left for dinner. When we returned about 2 hours later it was already at 103 degrees. We opted not to pay to have the pool heated but that did stop the grandkids from diving in.
We brought in our Thanksgiving dinner from Whole Foods. Having two kitchens was been a huge plus - so much working space.
If you want a modern house with high-end finishes, this place is not for you. If you are looking for a large house where you can comfortably cook for a large group, play games (pool, ping pong, poker) and relax, you will be happy here.

Our stay was great. This house is spacious and everyone was comfortable! We had a big group and everyone had privacy. The kitchen had everything we needed and the extra kitchen was a plus!! Would stay here again. Mike was very helpful and available at all times!

The property was nice although there were some hiccups during our stay. Mike was accommodating despite the difficult situation. One thing was that there was a musty odor when we arrived which we alleviates by opening all doors and windows, although the windows did not have any screens. Overall it was a good stay despite these difficulties.

This place was great! I would definitely stay here again. The pool/jacuzzi were great. The home is spacious and easy to figure out lights/tvs/wifi ect. The only thing is communication was a bit complicated since many of my calls or text were going to their "spam", however when they answered my calls/text it was prompt and helpful. If you have more than 10 people we would recommend bringing extra pool towels and plates/silverware/cups. There is not enough for everyone, plus even if there was exactly enough, you would need to clean it all for each meal which takes away from time together. All in all, this was an excellent, clean, spacious, quiet place. It is much larger than expected (in a good way). There are also plenty of bathrooms! We didn't explore the area too much, but the Ralphs which is walking distance away was extremely convenient.

Nice house for a big group!
We spent a week at Christmas in this house. There were 12 of us plus some nearby family, so 15 around the dinner table. Plenty of towels, beds, etc. It was lacking in some kitchen supplies (pots and pans) so plan ahead, and there was a pool table and poker table, but no board games for the kids, so we had to buy some. Outdoor fire pit worked but was small and didn’t produce heat…it was a cold week, so we tried once and gave up. Couldn’t turn on indoor fire places. The neighborhood and location is excellent. Mike is responsive. Overall we had a great time and do recommend a stay in this home.

Guys Trip
The property was big enough and spacious for all the guys. We were in town for a football game and wanted to stay further out from LA so the location was perfect with grocery stores and restaurants to try. Mike communicated with me each to ensure everything was fine. There was one slight issue but Mike was quick to resolve it. I would recommend the property for a group larger than 8. Very spacious and comfy. 💪🏿💪🏿

Perfect Wedding Weekend Abode
I couldn't have asked for a better property to accommodate a 16-person bridal party. This house is made for entertaining and endless hours of fun. I often found myself lost because it's just such a huge residence! But despite the number of bedrooms, everyone felt like they had a sense of privacy and seclusion. The beds were incredibly comfortable and I slept so well before my wedding day.
I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed my experience here. The kitchen had anything and everything you'd want for hosting and cooking. The pool and hot tub were fantastic (although just be aware that it takes a while for it to heat up). The games room was also a fun touch for our guests. The entire weekend people were telling us how perfect this house was and how they wish they could stay longer. And I owe it all to Mike - he was such a sweet host, very communicative and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Would love to stay here again. Thank you Mike!

I stayed with my family for a week at the property. Upon arrival, the property didn’t look like the advertisement ( inside and out). The house is very dated and need much renovations , the furniture lack style, it seems like it had some charm in its back in the day era of the 70’s. The property had a lot of space for a large group. The pool was nice .However we found a few things broken upon arrival and all the tv’ s we’re missing the fire stick ( previous guest took them) and we could not watch Tv, the trash dumpster were all full which was a inconvenience. .I reported it to Mike upon arrival and he responded right away and sent the assistant out to bring new Fire sticks and emptied a few trash bins. On day 2 the main floor bathroom toilet flooded the entire bathroom and hallway and was gushing water out of the base of the toilet like a geyser and sewage backed into the tub. This was a nightmare ! Again Mike instantly responded and sent the assistant out to assess the damage and assist with the clean up. We were told he couldn’t find anyone to come out on short notice but after Mike pleading The Rotor Ruter guy came out to fix it. Apparently the house has some major plumbing issues and at some point this will definitely have to be remedied. I was shocked to also find huge rat boxes all over the house . My family mostly stayed out sightseeing or shopping just to avoid being in the home. Mike was able to reimburse two nights stay for our inconvenience.
