Situated in Rio Grande, this lovely house for $190 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Tucked away in the tropical paradise of Coco Beach Golf and Country Club in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico. With view of El Yunque National Forest, welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath home that sleeps 6. Kitchen, living room, dining room, and balcony. Have fun hanging out downstairs in the patio sitting area with BBQ and awesome breeze. You don’t have to bring anything, only food and your bathing suits, because everything is provided in the house such as towels, dinnerware, and kitchen appliances such as microwave, stove, refrigerator, freezer, and utensils to cook your meals. All Bathrooms include basic toiletries and have hot water. It is equipped with air conditioning in all the bedrooms and living room, Netflix, Hulu, TV, and WIFI all included. Walking distance to both the Beach and Golf Course. We offer Free Parking and Golf Cart (not a mode of transportation) available to use and take to the beach. Our Villas Del Mar neighborhood offers: Beach access, parking lot is located on the left side across from the Golf Club House. There is plenty to do whether you golf, want to horseback ride, zip line, hang out in the waterfalls nearby in the Rain Forest, take the ferries to see the beautiful nearby Islands of Culebra, and Vieques, a short 30 Minute drive to the Bioluminescent Bay Tours or just relax by the beach every day. We stayed here to attend a wedding at the Hyatt. It was very convenient and had so many amenities. The golf cart was an unexpected bonus. She even had a bunch of beach stuff like chairs to borrow. The space was immaculate. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This house is perfect. We had 2 couples and the house was a great size. Princess was extremely quick and through in her communication. I appreciated all the extras she had. There was a cooler for our use, beach chairs, beach towels. The back patio was like being at a resort. I could spend the entire day in the hammocks. The location is great if you want to explore the area. Very close to good local restaurants and beaches. I will definitely stay again if we visit Puerto Rico again.

Short drive to private beach, no crowds beautiful water. 10-20min drive to restaurants/store/ rain forest. House has every amenity you might need from beach gear to kitchen utensils. Would stay here again.

We rented this home because it had a golf cart but the golf cart did not work. We ended up having to spend lots of extra money in order to have transportation to and from the house and the hotel (Hyatt - located within the complex) because we were there for a destination wedding. The first night we were there, we missed out on the family dinner because we had to push and limp the golf cart back to the house. If we'd have known the golf cart didn't work, we probably wouldn't have stayed there. HOWEVER, the home was clean and accommodated my family well. Just was disappointed about the one amenity that we needed that didn't work. If you aren't relying on that amenity (although they maybe fixed it!), this is a great home. The host was very responsive and apologetic.

Princess was a great host! The home looks just like the pictures. Princess has towels, beach chairs, and all the necessities of home away from home. My family and I and such a great time! The air conditioner worked great, the beds were comfortable, and there was enough space for my family of 4. The power went out, but she had a generator that worked great while the power was out and immediately turned on. I would definitely come back!

The place is very nice, clean and well maintained. The area is very nice and secured. If you looking for a quite neighborhood this is it. Very quite neighboors and friendly. We have a golf cart that we did not used but it was nice to know that is was one available. You can use the golf cart to the beach. Thank you, beautiful home!

Property was exactly as described. Very clean and organized. Lots of extra goodies everywhere (snacks, snorkeling stuff, coolers, etc..). Our only issue was the weather which has nothing to do with the property. It was extremely hot and we had a few blackouts. That happens in every home in puerto rico.
The owner is extremely responsive to any inquiry. Will definitely come back next time I'm in puerto rico.

The property has a wonderful variety of native plants and small trees and the house is spotlessly clean and well-maintained, a really cute and peaceful place to relax and unwind, and all within the vicinity of so many natural wonders.

Great home to really enjoy a vacation in a safe neighborhood. We loved having the full kitchen and making breakfast every morning after enjoying coffee on the balcony looking at El Younque rainforest. Overall was a great choice and would recommend staying here to anybody. Felt it was a better option than the resort down the road!

The property is so nice my family did not want to leave. Everything is provided. Golf cart to get around, hammocks to relax, stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Bring only your clothes and food and get ready for a relaxing vacation. When you want more adventure, rainforest hikes, beaches and San Juan are all within driving distance. Enjoy!

We truly enjoyed this property. The check in process was simple, communication with Princess was quick and helpful, the home and beds are very comfortable, and the location is perfect... close to the beach, restaurants, San Juan, El Yunque, and BioBay. We will be back.

We loved everything about this place!
There is plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed the three bedrooms, three bathrooms, an efficient kitchen, a comfortable living room, the dining table, and a wonderful outdoor space featuring three hammocks, a patio set, and a grill.
Princess was not kidding when she said that all you need to bring is your food and bathing suits. This was the most thoroughly-appointed rental home we have ever stayed in. She's thought of everything! We especially appreciated the ability to use her beach towels, beach chairs, board games and food storage containers. The wifi worked great and the smart tv allowed us to enjoy a show together in the evenings. Also, the bath towels and sheets were sumptuous.
The location is great. We had easy access to all the places we wanted to explore - Old San Juan, El Yunque, Luquillo Beach/Kiosks, and the eastern most coast for the ferry to Isla de Vieques. We enjoyed staying in a secure neighborhood. Although Coco Beach was a bit of a distance, we found the provided golf cart to be part of the adventure, so it was not a negative at all.
We had a wonderful vacation and this place was the perfect home base!

Depending on your desires it may be an annoying hassle to have a big golf event running, as it was for us, or having traffic jams backed up to the circle and crowds at the golf course may add to your excitement. The Vrbo host was fantastic. I'm pretty sure that if we'd cared greatly about the broken TV screen or critically wanted the use of the golf cart that Princess would have found a way. The house is clean, well stocked with everything you can think of, neighborhood is quiet, beds are comfortable, and local hints, directions, are all documented nicely. Security felt perfect. Two gates to get in/out. Our car was off the street and locked inside. So that's three gates! If I was coming again, I would definitely stay there again.

We just loved this place. Had an amazing stay. Write up is very accurate. Location can't be beat. I walked to the golf course a few times. Close to beaches and Hyatt Resort; Yunque and bunch of good local restaurants.
It's not in a "luxury" community but it's inside a very nice gated neighborhood of local families and regular folk. Security is present..
The place is just a very comfortable, very homey, just a pleasant place to stay. .Unpretentious. My son kept raving about the bed!
Exceptional place especially if you are looking for a cozy home base from which to explore the island.
Host was so nice and responsive. Golf cart is a big plus.
Hope my review doesn't cause me to get booked out. I'll be back for sure.

The spot was perfect for a few days getaway in Rio Grande. The golf cart is a very nice touch for getting around to the nearby beach for some beach combing, and the neighborhood is very quiet at night. Next time we are in PR we might get this house again and bring the kids

You won’t find a better host and property to rent in P.R. Than this place. My husband and I have done quite a bit of traveling before kids, but this was our first time traveling with our ten-month-old and Princess made everything seamless for us. Everything you need is already in the VRBO for your use including toiletries, towels and kids beach toys, pack n play, booster seat for meals, beach chairs, anything you need for cooking, etc. etc. This place is located inside a golf course which has a few higher end resorts, as well as this property and high is in a really well maintained residential area. There are two gates, one for the golf course itself, and the second brings you into the cute residential community where the VRBO is. You can your own golf cart, which you can drive right into the garage/private backyard area. We used the golf cart twice a day for sunset/sunrise at the private beach that is within the gated golf course resort area. The beach is spectacular and we’ll maintained, we also found ourselves alone on the beach most of the time. You can drive the golf cart right up to the beach with all of your stuff, and then drive back into the back yard/garage area and use a separate shower area to get the sand off. You’re also just a few minutes away from the Luquilla Beach area, seven seas beach and our favorite; El Yunque! It was really obvious that the Host Princess took a lot of pride in this property. We got there early for check in and didn’t have anywhere to go for a bit so she met us at the property and helped us get settled while the cleaning crew was still there. The cleaning crew were *thoroughly* cleaning the outside area by that time and had finished the rest of the house. The outside area is soo much cuter than the pictures even show and completely fenced off shaded and private. We grilled out there and had all of our meals outside. It would be an awesome spot for entertaining, and is also made child safe. It was stocked with coffee. The area is really unmatched. The majority of the people we saw in the small community of homes were mostly actual residents of P.R. With upper middle class jobs. We even chatted with some neighbors on our way to one of our adventures and she talked about how she raised her whole family in the neighborhood and that it was really safe and lovely. You can fish right on the beach and apparently there’s sea turtles during some seasons that hatch there as well. 10/10 experience!

My husband and I and our college aged kids had a perfect week at this property! It was just as advertised, great spaces indoors and the patio is simply fabulous! It was the perfect location for exploring Northeast Puerto Rico. We hiked El Yunque, snorkeled at Seven Seas beach and kayaked the bio bay in Farjado, rode horses at Carabalí , and had dinner in Luquillo. The beach 5 min away was a delight -had it practically to ourselves and the golf cart was perfect to get there and bird watch from! Princess was patient and highly responsive with all of my questions ahead of time and after we arrived. I highly recommend a stay here.
