Had to pay extra money after I arrived.... Not very friendly customer service people at motel. Bed were bad.

Very good place to stay. Comfortable and clean.

We stayed there overnight on our way to Florida. It was nice.

Everything was great. The only problem was hauling our suitcases upstairs.

All we could find in the area. Traveling home from family vacation. High priced for what we got.

Very high priced room. The shower head was not appropriate for the type of bathtub set up. Water would get all over the floor. Looked to be mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. Lots of noise in the very early morning hours.

Location & the fact it was pet friendly!

The moment I walked into the lobby to ask about my reservation, it was an instant confrontation with the woman at the front desk. That continued until another worker came out and handled us. After reading all the reviews we are not the only ones that have had this issue. We also had to keep our slides on the entire time. The toilet was also messed up.

The room was clean and beds were comfy. Right off the interstate so it made for easy access to our destination.

Started off badly but ended well

The owners were great. However the manager was really less than desirable. She was very rude and disrespectful from the moment we walked into the hotel. You should really think you should replace her.

Not much

Room was in disrepair shower misssing handheld,toilet seat loose or broken dirty sock behind the door, no coffee pot door was hard to close either had to slam or push very hard. Drawer handle on nightstand broken, no hairdryer, Will make me very cautious of staying at any RedRoof in the future

Do not stay here. It was my birthday should of picked somewhere else

It was terrible I didn't like anything

It was dirty sheets smelled like sweaty ass. There was a crack head that was living in her car outside our room. There were drunks very loud arguing carrying on. Very annoying wifi sucked signal went in and out toilet was dirty when we got there very sketchy place.

Would likely stay here again

Room was clean and comfortable.

Coffee maker didn't work. I asked for a first floor room when I arrived and was told there wasn't one available. Interesting that there were only about 7 cars in the entire parking lot.

Make sure they put you in a renovated room the others are awful.

The location is good.

They had few customers and still put us in the back half thats not renovated. The door did NOT lock at all. mini fridge didnt work. Several other issues. Called the desk on my cell as phone didnt work either… was moved to the other side which is “renovated” still not stellar but far better.
