The receptionist was very prompt and friendly! The room smelled like weed, there were ashes on the bed, the cushions on the couch were filthy. They did what they could to rectify the issues. The breakfast was really good. All the staff we interacted with were very nice. I'd give it another chance.

The room was spacious and clean. It was just an overnight stay but was perfectly suited. Breakfast was great too, with plenty of protein to start the day!

We booked two rooms back in Feb paid for them and got confirmation from you guys on both bookings one was comfort inn and the other is la Quinta. However when we got to comfort inn our rooms we never booked. The hotel said we had no booking and had to call your office they kept telling them it was your fault the booking was not made. But finally after about an hour later the mgr said he would take care of us so he called other people and canceled the rooms to give to us. Very embarrassing to our family’s. We we over to la Quinta and they had our reservations.

Everything was great but the tall breakfast lady was rude to ask my husband a question, he was looking for peanut butter and she came up to him asking SIR WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FOR ?!!! in such rude way Definitely gave me racist vibes but overall hotel was great!

The hotel smelled terrible..there was a very strong chemical odor in the rooms that burned my eyes and nose. There was a lot of mildew and the air conditioning unit was extremely loud..outside traffic and construction noise was awful. The rooms were outdated and dirty. Parking was limited. The area felt unsafe. I don't recommend this hotel.

Very clean and comfortable especially the temperature of the room. Breakfast was fresh and just perfect for on the go. We booked online and stayed in a handicap room. Very spacious and the bathroom was ideal with board type bench. The only thing was the shower hose was unreachable to adjust. Plenty of electrical outlets for your medical device and phone in bathroom was a plus.

It’s a newer hotel so it was kept very clean and the staff was very friendly. Pool was clean and plenty of fresh pool towels every morning. No complaints!

Very nice place to stay. We had 2 queens with a sofa bed. Very roomy, comfortable beds and clean. Charming area in lobby and good breakfast options. Staff were super friendly. Close to alot of things. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The staff were excellent, especially the young man that checked us in and out, he was so nice! The breakfast staff in the morning did an EXCELLENT job of having delicious food prepared and always refilled when needed. We would stay here again. My only negative was that they put us in the handicap room and it is located right next to the laundry room and I could hear the washer and dryer running, but once that stopped, we got an excellent night's sleep.

Our stay was really pleasant. The only thing I wish was in the room was a recliner. I sleep in one at home, and I had a hard time finding a comfortable sleeping apparatus.

Received a handicap room with no air conditioner that could only be fixed the next day, bed was extremely hard, hotel staff made us change rooms because they forgot to fix the air in the 2nd day of stay after returning late in the afternoon, we were exhausted and had to change rooms or get a large fan which was not going to work in a room that was 77 degrees and one of the more expensive in the area. The second room the bed was just as horrible but did have air conditioning. Breakfast was nothing to brag about but was edible. I do not recommend this facility.

At check out I informed the front desk that I killed a creepy crawling bug on our bathroom floor. She told me that the hotel had just been sprayed. Also could not get the hair dryer to work…luckily we had ours with us. Nice beds and bedding
