I stayed here for a week while I was traveling for work. It was a perfect location as a mile and a half from the office I was at and it was very quiet. The neighborhood is very walkable so if you like to exercise or walk, this is the perfect location of room has everything you need in the kitchen cannot beat it

Good place to stay!! Hosts provided everything necessary and the house was clean and highly functional for adult and teen guests who stayed. Added bonus: Neighbors are genuinely nice as well!

We really enjoyed the stay everything we needed and great highway access family was able to visit easily overall a great place to rent if we come back will rent again the neighborhood was a little louder than expected given the rules of the rental with noise ordinance we had some loud music and parties a few doors down but nothing to keep-us from coming back . Thank you for a great stay!

We had a great stay at this rental in Beech Grove! The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean. There was plenty of space and we appreciated that there were a few balls for the kids to play with in the backyard. It was a nice quiet neighborhood, but close to everything you'd want to do in Indianapolis!

The house was a great fit for our family on a weekend trip to the Indy area. The air hockey/ping pong table kept the kids occupied and it was nice to have a stocked kitchen to cook meals in. BOverall we were satisfied with our stay with the only real negative was that the doors are really noisy when you open or close them

A few of us moms brought our kids to Indy over Christmas break. We enjoyed having downstairs space for the kids to play and all the bedrooms were spacious enough for us all. We had a few issues upon arrival (primarily from the previous renters) and they were addressed quickly to the best of their abilities. It was a quiet neighborhood with easy access everywhere we wanted to go.

The property was clean and neat, easy to find, quiet neighborhood. I wish one of the bathrooms would have been in the basement and that there were mirrors in the bedrooms for the teenage girls to prepare for the day. But we were tremendously happy with the overall experience and plan to stay here again in the future.

We were in town for a short trip and needed a quick place to stay. The location was prefect and had many things close by. We were able to stretch out a bit and not feel contained like in a hotel. It was perfect for our trip!

We absolutely loved staying here! The price was affordable, it was a great neighborhood, fairly close to everything, and it met the needs of our family (4 &1 year old). It’s an older house, but maintained very clean and the backyard is great! I loved the carpeted basement where the kids could run and play. There are several playgrounds nearby too for running out energy. I would bring your own sheets for the kind bed because the fitted sheet is slightly too small and pulls off during the night. It’s would also be nice if the ottoman in the living room had rubber bottoms because it would slide when my 1 year old leaned on it. Other than those few things, we had a great stay and it was what our family needed. I’ve already recommended this house to my friends and family, and hope to stay here again in the future!

Everything was great! I never needed to have any contact with the owner of the house, neighborhood was great, plenty of room for off-street parking, about 15-20 min from downtown. We had a great time!! Oh & the pillows on the beds were TO DIE FOR.

We had a great time staying here. Plenty of space for all 9 of us. Very clean and comfortable home. Can’t express what a wonderful weekend we had since we were all able to be in one house together instead of multiple hotel rooms. Great rental experience!

Myself along with my brother in law and his three sons and my son met in Indy for a weekend of golf at Brickyard Crossing. The house was perfect size and very clean. The process was so easy renting the property. It is in a very nice secluded neighborhood. I would definitely recommend the property to others and will probably rent again when visiting Indy!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I sent five of my installers from Kentucky up to Indiana for one of our library projects. There was ample parking for our multiple vehicles and the place was very clean and accommodating. The guys messaged me a big thank you as they normally stay in hotels. They really enjoyed their stay and we will definitely book the next time we are in the area.
