Super 8 by Wyndham Indianapolis South

Nssa, the front desk clerk was absolutely amazing. I came to the hotel at 2 am due to the other hotel I stayed at was dirty and had bugs. Nssa was sweet, kind and very willing to help me. I started crying because I was so upset and overwhelmed and he stopped and listened to me. That let me know I was int he right place. I am so thankful for Nssa and I hope he gets treated well. He was my hero that night and he made me feel safe. Thank you Nssa. When traveling to Indiana, I will definitely go back to Super 8.

I didn't stay the second night which Is the night I booked through Booking.,com. I had to leave due to a family emergency. I let the front desk know. I have been trying to get a refund from booking.com. But it has been impossible to get hold of someone. Please advise.

It was a quick and easy check in. The staff were very sweet and kind. The price was also very nice and do-able compared to other places.

I wish the breakfast was bigger and the weekly rates were cheaper!

The room was fine, bathroom was clean and things functioned as they should.

I was offered a late check out but then received a message saying that check out was 11am. as we were finishing up packing and getting ready, we received a knock on the door at 10:47 stating it was housekeeping. It wasn't even 11 yet. We were in the process of getting out but it did make me feel unnecessarily rushed.

It was cheap. The beds were in good condition and covered with mattress protectors.

The pictures on line was nothing like what we walked in to. The carpet had big rips in it, the chair left black on my daughter’s shorts. They had 2 towels and 2 hand towels. The pillows were small and I had to go buy new ones because they didn’t bring us any more until the next day. The lady tried to charge me another $365 even after I told her that I paid booking already. Then charged me a $50 cash deposit and the guy said it wasn’t there. Until I showed him the picture where i clearly gave it to them. I show him picture then he says there it is, still doesn’t hand it to me. Then he starts throwing up in a trash can when I asked for it back. breakfast was hostess donuts laid out like only 6. Mold in the corners of tub, toilet, and window seal. TV remote was broken. No coffee pot in the room. I would have looked for a different hotel had I known it was going to be like that. The pictures looked clean it definitely was not. The hall ways had a raw sewage smell.
