Very easy to get to and great communication with the host. Kimone was very up front about expectations and gave us everything we would need. I would definitely book again if in the area!

It was a great location, super clean and easy check in and out.

We really appreciated how responsive the host was to requests that arose in the course of the stay. Response was immediate and done in a warm and inviting way. The kitchen was complete, the aircon worked well, and the televisions had access to 100s of channels, including HBO Max, Apple, Amazon, etc. The environment, and therefore the view from the balcony, is really a selling point for the property. Set on a lake with a fountain in the middle with a common pool/gym within a two-minute walk, the property is well-situated with a lovely, relaxing view.

Our stay was excellent, apartment was very, very nice and clean. Hostess, very professional and formative.

Excellent host. Very responsive. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. Had excellent selections for TV channels. The location was good for getting to the Silver Spurs Arena. Would stay again. Dog friendly with a pet fee.

The property management needs to enforce the rule for dog owners cleaning up after their pets. The cans and bags were available yet still people left poop all over the common areas.

Easy checkin process. Kimone was exceptional with correspondence and got back with us quickly. Well maintained.

This rental is AWESOME!!! Super duper clean all around and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen; Keurig, wine opener (a must have lol) even an electric kettle. Nice firm bed with clean linens; walk-in closet complete with iron & board. Huge bathroom. Also has a huge garden tub if you're in the mood for a bath. Now, I must give KUDOS to Kimone for the Makeup removal towel! It's black & embroidered "Makeup"; as a woman, I always feel bad if I can't avoid ruining white towels to remove my face lol. I think this might've impressed me the most lol. Great view of lake & property from the balcony (we saw ducklings!). Check-in was super easy. The host provided a welcome snacks, bottled water, helpful booklet of the area even masks lol. The location was perfect; 20-30 minutes to major attractions. Also doggy areas on property with bags & cans if needed. Shopping & restaurants literally within walking distance. I would definitely book this place again.

Little flying bugs when out on the balcony, gnats maybe but not mosquitoes. But this is FL, so the host can't control that, just be mindful though. We could hear music from the pool which is across the lake. They were having a good time so can't really be mad lol. It didn't last very long, & it was during the afternoon. I would still book this place again.
