The 3-level apartment has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining area, living room and TV snug room and access to a communal garden. Sleeps up to 6 guests. The space Smart design features, wooden floors, plenty of space and natural light: in this apartment you can enjoy the warm homely feeling as well as modem amenities at your disposal. Get cozy on a large sofa in the TV snug or take a relaxing jacuzzi bath at the end of a day of golfing or sight-seeing. The 3-level apartment has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining area, living room, TV snug and garden access. Sleeps up to 6 guests. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a sofa, armchair and chaise-lounge in the open plan living area and an additional charming snug room on the mezzanine level has a large comfortable sofa and Smart TV. KITCHEN & DINING: The open plan white kitchen will inspire you to cook a great meal for your friends and family. It features all the amenities including a fridge, induction hob with an oven, a steam oven, a french press, induction kettle and dishwasher. The elegant dining area for up to 6 guests has a functioning fireplace. There is a small living area adjusted with a sofa and an armchair. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: There are 3 bedrooms in the property: one has a king sized bed and two others have two single beds each. Sleeps up to 6 guests. Each of the three bathrooms has a shower and one has a bathtub with spa settings. All bedrooms also have plenty wardrobe space. Linen, towels and bathroom essentials are all provided. This home is managed by ALTIDO Scotland. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs. To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification. I stayed here in November. I repeatedly asked for maintenance to replace light bulbs. The Master bath had one. They promised they would. That didn't happen. They assured me they would have everything ready for this trip including a new hairdryer. Not only were there no lights but one in the master, the 2nd bathroom had only one light in the shower. The bedding except for the master was not clean. I had to buy new bedding for two of the four beds, I had to buy a hair dryer. The floors were dirty under the beds. The jacuzzi didn't work. The windows in the living room had to be held open with a pan as it was hot. The list is endless. Perhaps my standards are high! I expect not only surface clean but clean bedding. I took photos. The outside is just as bad. The winter leaves and garbage has never been moved. Great location for sure. But don't expect anything from the management or maintenance. You may get 10% off your next trip if you complain. That's what I received in November. This time after my threats I received nothing.

A luxury property with lots of space for 6 adults right in the center of St Andrews. Although the property was well appointed there were a few basics missing, specifically not a toaster or frying pan. Obviously you are not encouraged to cook in this apartment when is a bit of an oddity when it's fitted with a built in steam oven?! Other than the issues with the cooking facilities the apartment was very well equipped and a great place to relax.
