Awesome beach experience

Proximity to the beach was amazing and fun to drive on the beach and park in front of our unit with cooler. Great place to stay and I highly recommend it!

The location almost made the price worth it, but a slight refund for the oven and WiFi would be nice

The location, as in the title of the lodging, was fantastic, 50 ft from the Gulf water. The sound of the waves and the easy access to walkng on the beach was almost worth the price.

The facility was fairly clean even if a somewhat in need of some renovations: i.e. bed sloped into middle and a window dripped during a heavy rain (not during light one, though). The oven element was burned out, although the broiling element worked. And the WiFi went out after the first day, so no watching of streamed shows but the TV accessed the Dish channels.

needs a little upkeep. nails in deck need to be hammered back in and a few rails are loose. we had a baby with us and blocked the rails with chairs

GREAT STAY. Planning On Renting The Whole Building For Next Year's Vacation & Bringing The Whole Fam

The Location, View & Space Was Amazing. It was great for a family of four. My wife and I in the room and my two teens in the living room. There was enough space to leave our belongings in the living room and great spacious porch for everything else. Loved the fact that there was a dining table and we were able to comfortably play all kinds of board games in between our Beach trips. The units were very well separated with privacy walls which made it super comfortable to hang out at the porch. Plenty of counter space and tables/shelves to place belongings. A/C worked perfectly and lights and lamps everywhere to light up any area needed. They had all kinds of Kitchen utensils for use and cups etc.. Overall one of the best places we have ever stayed at. There were also a lot of stairs to separate the entry to your unit. loved that. They were all accessible by everyone but once everyone figured it out they used their own set of stairs to respect everyone's space.

The refrigerator was older and rusty. It worked great however, the rustiness was all over the refrigerator and it was kind of gross. Made me question multiple times if I really wanted to put stuff in there. The Front/Main door into the unit also seemed to be on the older side and a few times we had to push the door in to be able to unlock it, it was very flimsy.

My family and I loved our stay there. While it is not luxurious, it is comfortable & great location.

The location is great! Walk out right on to the beach!

Shower needs a shower door instead of a curtain.
