The office manager was knowledgeable efficient and very nice. The hotel is clean. It’s an excellent location.
Some guests let there dogs go to the bathroom without cleaning up

Very close to the beach
I am not a picky person. Its a old building. Yes it needs work but overall its a great place to stay for the money

Francis gracefully let me check in late. I didn’t have my ringer turned up and missed her calls when she was double checking that I was still arriving. She was polite, warm and just down-right cool. I needed the weekend to recharge and being able to veg, order take-out, and walk down to the beach whenever I felt like it was just what I needed.
I wish that I could have stayed longer.

No food service. Was good location to walk to the beach.
My reservation was dropped the day before my arrival and given to another guest. I learned this upon arrival and given a room without the amenities that was paid for (1 bed not 2 and no kitchen).
