Pros: Great location near Metro station, lots of restaurants, CVS, and mini Target. Space was basic but had everything you needed and there is plenty of room.
Cons: Vrbo listing said free parking but i had to pay an additional fee nightly for parking so be sure to message the host to ask about it first. The host and his business also innundate you with forms and messages so there is some effort on your part and you do not use Vrbo at all after booking. There was also renovations during our stay so some of the windows were covered and we once got startled by a painter who had hopped our balcony while we were in the living. Some warning from the host would have been nice

Property was just as depicted. Wonderful 2 br condo with roomy lr and nice little balcony. Washer and dryer worked, and there was plenty of derergent, as well as kitchen supplies and dishes. Nice pool but shady because of neighboring high rises.
We stayed here on a trip to visit DC monuments and museums. Rosslyn metro station within easy walking distance and DC only a few stops away.
I enthusiasticalky recommend this condo.

We had an amazing stay at this property. It is a little older unit and there were a few slats missing from the blinds, but other than that, it was great. The location was fantastic. Close ro the Metro for going into the city, groceries right across the street and Starbucks about a block away. Underground parking for our car, nice and safe. They even had a lifeguard at the pool! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!

The apartment worked out well for us overall. It is large, and the garage parking and proximity to the Rosslyn Metro was great. However, as others have mentioned, some of the vertical blinds are missing in the living room and the master bedroom. So many were missing in the bedroom that we had to jury-rig something against the window to block out some of the light.

Facility was roomy, quiet and safe. Only minutes away from metro. The provided parking was safe and always had plenty of spaces available.

This is a great location for a trip to DC. We were only about 15 minutes from the National Mall, only about 10 minutes from Arlington Cemetary, and walking distance to a grocery store and Target. The unit does only have 1 tv, so if you are bringing kids, keep that in mind. The property manager was great with communication. We would recommend this listing for sure.

As other reviews state, this is an older building, so the apartment has not been updated in awhile as far as the bathrooms and kitchen go. But it’s very well kept, everything works, and was clean, except that blinds were broken which was disappointing given the price. The location is great and just a short walk from the metro. Parking was included. Our only issue was the check-in instructions from our contact seemed clear, but they included a link to the building site which seemed to imply you had to also check in with reception, which we didn’t. Otherwise communication with host was great and they quickly replied to any questions I had. The booking process is a lot. I understand need to protect your property but my family just wanted to take a quick vacation and I felt like some of questions asked to get approved for the stay were a bit intrusive. But we would definitely consider staying here again.

Unit is dated, however very clean and well-maintained. Having a balcony was a plus just wish the weather was a tad bit warmer. Location is ideal for those that like to walk around and explore the neighborhood. short drive to all of downtown Washington DC historical attractions and museums. a plethora of options when it comes to food, something for everyone.
We will be back soon!

Great neighborhood, loved the convenience of the location. The apartment building is quite old, so the apartment itself is too. The owner did a decent job of trying to update the unit with modern furniture and paint. That said, there were multiple vertical blinds broken and even discarded on the floor of the apartment. (I found one next to the dining table and another in the master closet. There was a massive ceiling leak on the 14th floor just outside the elevator.
We found a couple of food bits (raisins and nuts) in different locations on the floor, so the cleaning could use a little more attention too. The rental agency was made aware.
Although the rental management company required a lengthy and somewhat uncomfortably personal check-in process online, they were extremely responsive.
I would stay here again. The beds are comfy and the price is great for a generally VERY expensive area. I'll just be prepared for the photos and description not quite matching up to the reality of the space.

The area is nice Starbucks, grocery store and few eateries close by. 10 to 15 min drive to DC National Mall area. If you want to visit DC and have a vehicle will be an easy commute and then still able to be in a neighborhood type setting. I like to walk on vacation and was able to do so lots of side walks and inclines. Area felt very safe. Building and unit can stand for some updates. Toilets are very low and small. Kitchen could have been furnished better. It was clean enough but I am not a fan of rugs and just know what lies beneath is never good. Plenty of linens bed was comfortable. Unit was spacious and didn't feel cramped even when 4-5 to people visited. Kids enjoyed pool I use the gym (small) once but preferred being outside.

Overall, this property was perfect for my husband, myself and our 19-year old daughter. Great location close to the Metro, lots of stores and restaurants. But, there were a few things that were 'off'. It was 90+ degrees for most of our stay. While we were able to enjoy the pool on Sunday, it was closed on Monday, which was the one day we'd planned to relax and sit by the pool! The AC in the unit never went below 71 degrees, regardless of the setting, which was fine during the day but made the bedrooms quite warm at night. The TV had basic channels only and we were unable to access Prime, Netflix or any other channels to stream content. The water pressure in the showers dropped frequently and randomly with the temperature jumping from comfortable to scalding. Luckily there was about a second from the time the pressure dropped to the extreme temperature change so you could jump back with out getting burned. And, finally, the condo was stocked with two partial rolls of toilet paper and one extra roll. Not enough for 3 adults for five days! We asked at the front desk but were told that, since the unit was a VRBO, they didn't provide any supplies. We ended up restocking ourselves after a trip to Target. So, overall, nice place in a great location, but all of these little negatives kept it from being a great place to stay.
