La posizione in una baia stupenda e molto tranquilla. Il giardino privato e la griglia.
Le formiche, poco occorrente per chi arriva, nessun detersivo per i pavimenti (che in soggiorni lunghi è fondamentale per non vivere nello sporco), nessun detersivo per il bagno (che sarebbe fondamentale), pochi bicchieri (se si vuole invitare anche solo una coppia amica a cena non si hanno le stoviglie), la bombola del gas da cambiare, i fornelli poco funzionali, mancanza di aria condizionata e un solo ventilatore.
