This was our second stay at this lovely property! Our group of 5 ladies appreciated the addition of the 3rd full bath, since our last visit. An overall comfortable place and great location just a couple of blocks to Elmwood Village and the Richardson Hotel. Looking forward to staying again in 5 years if not before when home for any family visits.

Four of us traveled from Dayton OH, and two traveled from Allentown PA, for our annual Buffalo Bills home game. We stayed at this same house last year. Plenty of space with four bathrooms. Irina is responsive when needed. Go Bills!

I stayed in this house three years ago and it needed some work on the stairs and carpet then. Hasn't had any update of carpet and the stairs still creak badly when you walk on them. The carpet is almost threadbare and looks filthy - but may just be that old that it doesn't clean up. The traffic on the weekend nights was really loud. The kitchen is well stocked and the porch swing and chairs were lovely to sit out on in the cooler evening hours. Walking distance to the Bidwell Market on Saturday and generally great location in Buffalo.

I cannot tell you how happy myself n my family members were in our first experience using Vrbo! The house was exactly what was advertised. The house was clean, fully stocked (didn’t need to bring nothing but our excitement for our family get together!)! I recommend using Vrbo! Thanks again !

We had a great stay at this property. We are a family of eight with children ranging from 3 to 11. The property was clean and had plenty of towels and supplies. Being a corner lot, it could be a little loud (cars, motorcycles, trash trucks in the morning), but it didn't seem to be a problem for any of our children and we are usually up early anyway. The only issue we had is the house does not have central air. The upstairs playroom and bathroom were extremely hot and really unusable. The main floor cooled down very quickly with the air conditioner on the wall and the second floor had window units except for the bedroom with the bunk beds. Depending on how warm it is, that could be a problem with shutting doors at night (only an issue with the room with the bunk beds). Overall, it didn't seem to be an issue for our kids in that room as we left the door cracked. I live in PA now but originally from Texas and I like my air conditioning:) Overall a great stay and a cool area.

The house was perfect for my family. The location was also a plus. Walking distance to Elmwood village and the restaurants, bars and stores. The street outside the house was a bit noisy at night but with the white noise app we slept great. Very nice stay!

We had a great stay, ages 3-43! Very comfortable and perfectly clean. Our big family was able to spread out comfortably and be all together in the big kitchen.

A small group of my friends and I attend a Buffalo Bills home football game once a year. This year we decided to rent a house rather than getting hotel rooms. This house was very clean and comfortable. It has four bathrooms which was great. The kitchen has been remodeled recently as well as the master bathroom. The property owner was responsive. I would definitely stay at this property again!

This is an older home with a lot of charm. It was very clean with a lovely kitchen and all new appliances. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax, to include a front and a back porch. The biggest plus were the 3 and a half bathrooms. We were a family of 8 with two small babies. No-one had to wait to shower or use the facilities and there was always plenty of hot water. They even provided baby items such as a booster type high chair, bath seat and some toys and books. There were some cosmetic things that could use improvement, such as painting and the carpeting but nothing major. All in all, I would definitely recommend this property.

The online listing said it had 4 king beds in it but there was not any king beds at all and all of the mattresses were very uncomfortable which resulted in my family being very tired for all of our outings
