About this condo rental
Situated in Kelowna, this attractive condo for $116 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. One of the best units at Playa del Sol. Our unit was professionally designed by award winning “Home Image Interiors” of Kelowna. The unit was freshly painted, decorated, and furnished in May 2021. This beautifully decorated modern Coastal Beach themed, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit has 956 sq ft of living space. Located on the highly sought after 3rd floor pool level; on the quiet courtyard side (not the pool side courtyard). We are about 100 steps out your back door to the pool/hot tub through the 3rd level mezzanine. Pool and hot tub are seasonal (open May long till Mid Oct). The pool and or other amenities may be closed from time to time for maintenance or other reasons beyond our control. We do not offer refunds in the event any of the amenities are closed. We have full size laundry (new in 2021). Free, secure parking provided for 1 vehicle in the parking garage. Our parking space is conveniently located, no long walks, 2nd closest parking space to the 2nd level elevators. The parking entrance has a max height of 6"10". Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook your own food just bring your favorite groceries. We even have a few extras like coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker, salad spinner, blender and cookie sheets. 3 beds in total, a king bed in the master, a queen in the second bedroom and a high end queen pullout sofa bed in the living room. 2 smart TV's with cable, high speed wifi (Telus Purefibre) and Netflix. Many rentals only offer starter size items like coffee, shampoo and conditioner, we provide full bottles of everything. We stock the following items in your suite. • coffee, tea, hot chocolate • sugar, raw sugar, equal • a variety of herbs and spices • ketchup, mustard, BBQ sauce, cooking oil • salt and pepper • tin foil and saran wrap • all towels (beach, bath, hand and face), • bedding (extra blankets and pillows) • paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, makeup remover) • soaps and lotion (laundry, hand and dishwasher, hand lotion) • hairspray, shaving cream, shampoo, conditioner and body wash (full size bottles) • diffuser and essential oils, corded back massager, games and cards • extra portable AC unit just in case and 2 fans • Google mini for music • Iron and ironing board Playa del Sol is a 100% smoke free environment and security ensures that is remains this way. We are not interested in hosting guests who are coming to party. Smoking or Vaping will land you a $250 fine per incident. Excessive noise is also a $250 fine per incident. We have a zero tolerance policy on drugs and you will be immediately evicted if using in our suite. Alcohol can only be consumed in the unit or on the private patio, you cannot drink alcohol on any of the common spaces at Playa del Sol including the pool. Security enforces a strict quiet time (11pm till 8am daily). Quiet time means turning off all music at 11 pm and keeping the noise level to a respectable level for other guests at the Resort. Problem guests will be evicted with no refund.

This place has a resort feel, with the pool area etc. The apartment was perfectly clean with many soft towels, comfy bed and linens. Check in was easy (meeting the host when I arrived). I recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay, no issues with the check in procedure, great communication from Kesh. The suite was very clean and very well stock, right down to the bathroom essentials. The beds were very comfy. There can be noise from the hallways, and occasionally can hear people walking above, but that is expected in a building with that many units. There are amenities close to the unit which is very nice. Overall a great place to stay.

Kesh and Debbie's property was perfect. Immaculately maintained. Ideal location. Warm, welcoming and friendly, as were the hosts. They made a difficult week orders of magnitude better and more comfortable with a gorgeous spacious sanctuary.

Stayed for two nights for our daughter’s wedding. Only gave a 3 for cleanliness as all of us had dirty feet within 10 minutes of walking on floors. Also the second bedroom is very tiny without a closet, or window, not quite what we were expecting.
Other than that it was great and we had a fantastic stay.

We were very pleased with the accommodations starting with Kesh meeting us to give us a quick tour of the facilities. The condo was immaculate with everything provided including toiletries, extra towels, blankets and pillows. The fridge was stocked with condiments as well as coffee and tea were provided.
We had a pleasant stay as the condo is centrally located with a pool and hot tub. The restaurant and coffee cafe in the complex was another added feature.
We could not have asked for a better place to stay! Thank you Kesh and Debbie.

I searched for a month for for a property in Kelowna. I narrowed it down the location, we wanted to stay at Playa Del Sol. Most of the properties at this location are dated. This place is recently renovated, we all the amenities and then some. So happy we picked this property, you won't be disappointed. Can't wait to come back, thanks Kesh!

We had a great time. Condo is extremely well decorated and clean. The owner was very nice and welcoming. He was available and was able to answer our questions during the stay. Owner also had the place set up with everything we needed (or forgot!). Dedicated parking stall was a bonus!

Property is pricey to rent but also amazing. Super clean. Has everything you need. Beds were comfy. The pool and hot tub are huge bonuses. You’re across the street from the beach. The area is loaded with coffee shops and restaurants and breweries/ wineries. Kesh was great at check in. Parking and elevators are easy access to the unit.
Will be booking again for next year.

My friends and I stayed Mon-Sat and I went to help my daughter move out of her UBCO accommodations for the summer. Great location as we could walk to a lot of ammenities or have a short drive. The nearby path and walk along the river was so lovely. Had to get in a wine tour of course. Will stay here again!!

This property was perfect! The unit has a great layout, was incredibly clean and has all of the immediate items you might need that you may have forgotten. The fridge is stocked with condiments. The bathrooms are stocked with necessities and an abundance of pillows, blankets and towels. The beds are very comfortable and they certainly didn’t cheap out in that department. Our only glitch of the stay was the second bedroom, which has a fabulous and very comfortable queen size bed, is a den and doesn’t have a window/closet. What that meant for us is we learnt our daughter has a very strong aversion to bedrooms with no window🤦🏻♀️…. She got the king size bed with sliding door and we got the fabulous black out room with the queen… not a big deal but might be an issue for families with smaller children to just be aware of. We will certainly look for that listing again when visiting Kelowna.

The property and owner are great. Exactly what was expected was presented. Especially liked the steam room and gym.
We did many kilometers of hiking up at the local recreation sites and parks lije KVR (Kettle Valley Railway) Knox Mountain and others.
Really enjoyed the stay and was a little surprised at the things included at the property like coffee, tea, condiments, etc. etc.
Well worth the fees to stay for the 6 nights.
