The location was great! Just 5’ from metro station and 7’ from Senso-ji temple. The room was spacious and very clean. The self check-in and check-out procedures were very easy to do.
We would expect to have a couple of tea bags and/or coffee bags as a wellcome (at least for the first morning, so not to have to worry to get those as well once you arrive).

The room is a studio apartment which is spacious for a small group. Functional kitchen and bathroom with a washing machine. Location is good.
Mattress is on the hard side and I wish I had better pillows.

Comfortable, clean and neat rooms with a small kitchen and washing machine to do your own laundry. Good location as well!
Felt safe here during the recent 5- earthquake!
No staff present, check-in is done digitally. That also means no luggage storage or forwarding or easy and quick help/guidance from staff should you need it.

Location is good, close to Ekimise shopping mall and close to the Tobu and Ginza lines.
One key aspect is the lack of luggage storage. For those who have a later flight, the advice was to use coin lockers at the train station. That will be a challenge if you have a few big luggages. Also there is no cleaning for less than 7 nights stay. There is also no physical staff at reception.
