Located in Canyon Lake, this lovely house for $522 per night is a great option for your next break. Beautiful views, lake access, and plenty of space for both entertaining and peace and quiet. We don't call this incredible home The Great Escape for nothing! This three-story, 4,900 square foot waterfront lake house comfortably houses a group of up to 11 with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The home features a spacious living area that includes a vast amount of sitting space with a wall-mounted HDTV, or take in a game of pool all in one roomy yet intimate area just off from the living area. Next to the living area is the dining area and kitchen complete with top-of-the-line appliances, all of the cooking essentials, plenty of space, and a wine fridge! Want to take your meal and drinks outside? Head out the two french doors into the sunroom where you can enjoy the relaxing views of the lake. The main level is where you'll also find a full washer and dryer. Upstairs you'll find a private bedroom complete with a king-size bed, a fireplace, and a sitting area. The bathroom is immaculate with a standing shower and a beautiful tub that sits next to the shower as well as a long counter offering plenty of counter space. There is also a large walk-in closet. You'll also find a small office but you're on vacation so try not to use it too much! A small deck is right outside the double doors and is ideal for your morning cup of joe. Downstairs is where you'll find two additional bedrooms (one with a king-size bed and one with 2 queen-size beds) and another sitting area. It's also where you'll find the second sunroom. Sunroom number two is located right outside the double doors and it's pure bliss. You'll find cozy patio furniture as well as a gas grill. Need more space? In addition to the space the garage provides, there is also an upstairs apartment complete with a full kitchen, a full living room area, spacious bedroom, full bathroom, and even its own stacked washer and dryer! The Great Escape truly lives up to its name and is the perfect spot to get away any time of the year. You and your guests deserve to enjoy this beautiful home - book your stay today! *You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times is 11 guests and 4 vehicles, strictly enforced. Spent 4 days at this amazing property. It’s very clean and super spacious. The teens enjoyed the garage apartment and the fold out couch was a bonus! The main house has so much room and our party of 9 felt right at home and everyone had a great amount of private space. The lake is low but it didnt hinder our fun. The views are gorgeous and we loved all the outdoor spaces. We will definitely be back!

8 of us stayed in the house. The house is beautiful. We fell in love with the view. Loved How we had 2 levels of living space. All the amenities were there. We will be back.

The house is absolutely beautiful!! Our stay would have been perfect if the following: The beds were not Very comfortable, the towels were fairly cheap, the fireplace wasn't available and the were no comfy throw blankets. Otherwise it was very well stocked and beautiful!

Reserved the property to enjoy family time after our daughters graduation from physical therapy school in Austin. Location was perfect, house was beautiful and proximity to the water was great. Can’t say anything negative about this house. Would highly recommend, you won’t regret it!

The property was beautiful and clean. So many rooms and a pool table on the main floor. The apartment next to the house was nice as well, but the Queen bed was uncomfortable and hard. The rest of the rooms and beds was very comfortable. The boat ramp was directly around the corner. Great property! Will stay there again!

My husband and I booked this house with our grown kids and their friends ranging from 18 years old to 30 years old. There were eight of us total and this house was absolutely perfect! We had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy our time without even touching the garage apartment. We cooked almost every meal at home and spend way too many hours on the pool table. We loved seeing all of the deer in the neighborhood and watching the boats from the many balconies.

We had a great time staying at the property with friends and family. The views are beautiful. We did not have Wifi upon arrival and called the next day to get it working, stayed on the phone with someone who walked us around the house for over 15 minutes or longer with no luck. We left for the day and when we got back the Wi-fi was working. There were no wash cloths in the master and limited everywhere else in the house, we requested more but did not receive them. We had two families of 4, so we had plenty of room, but in order to fit 11 I believe two people would have to sleep on couches? The property is beautiful and we enjoyed our time.

We celebrated my son and wife’s 35th and 55th birthdays and it was awesome. The house was immaculate and the garage apartment was definitely a bonus! The house had everything we needed for a great getaway. Definitely recommend it!

The Great Escape is really an amazing place. we were looking a house closer to San Antonio and found this on VRBO, never expected such a beautiful location. Very spacious three story house. 2 days was not enough to explore this location. backyard and lake view is fantastic! Three beautiful balconies, Don't miss the sunrise with a cup of coffee from balcony. One bedroom apartment on top of the garage is completely private and fully equipped. This house will never disappoint your dream vacation plans.

Beautiful home! The lake is gorgeous! The views from the three patio/decks are spectacular! Checking in was easy! And we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I wish the WiFi was stronger, the built in ice maker worked, there were throw blankets to use, a portacrib was available and a larger trash can in the master bath. We would definitely book again.

Great Escape is a perfect title for this house. We stayed for a week and enjoyed the beautiful views of Canyon Lake. The house is really beautiful and it has a lot of sitting area to enjoy the views. There’s space to spend together as a family and plenty of space to spread out.
