Wonderful sized rooms, Good evening meals. The Staff very friendly and super helpful. I had a flat battery in my rental car with help from the staff, an 80 years young cleaning lady, who had jump leads in her car and a young man. We were able to get our car started.
The bathroom as very small, which made things a little uncomfortable using toilet and shower

We had a hire car which made it easy to get to places. We could see Mt Fuji from our wonder which was amazing and exciting for the kids.
The cupboards were locked and couldn’t put our luggage in.
