Situated in Jacksonville Beach, this lovely house for $687 per night is a great option for your next trip. THIS LISTING IS TO RENT OUT ALL 4 SEPARATE APARTMENTS ON THE PROPERTY. THIS TOTALS 6 BEDROOMS & 5.5 BATHROOMS & SLEEPS 12. Stay with us at this amazing beach house that has been carefully remodeled by local interior designer. PHENOMENAL location in Jax Beach. Walking distance to downtown Jax beach and a short drive to Neptune Beach town center. Both areas have amazing restaurants, cafes, shopping and plenty of night life. The house has everything to enjoy the salt life Please reach out to us for availability and/or event pricing. Unit 120 (ground level, building 1) consists of 2 beds/2 baths and is on the 1st level. Unit 122 (second level, building 1) consists of 2 bed/1.5 bath and is on the 2nd level. Unit 124 (second level, building 2) consists of 1 bed/1 bath and is on the 2nd level. Unit 126 (ground level, building 2) consists of 1 bed/1 bath and is on the 1st level. All bedrooms have queen beds with memory foam mattresses and luxury linens. Living rooms have smart TVs with Netflix, Amazon Prime. Four fully stocked kitchens. High speed Xfinity wifi. Washers and dryers in all 4 units. We love pets! $30/pet/day for the stay! -Free high speed wifi -Visit our instagram page to see restaurants and other attractions @beanomadhospitality This is an amazing area of Jacksonville Beach where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. The property is less than 100 yards from the beach so that is the best feature. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. The Neptune Beach Towne Center is less than 10 min drive and with its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife. Download the BeachBuggy App from Google Play or the Apple App Store - free rides all over Jax Bch! Take Uber and Lyft if you don't feel like driving yourself. Most people drive their own vehicles around here, though.
