We thought the room was huge; excellent storage; comfortable bed; fab shower.
Generally well-kept room. Just needs a paint. That’s all. Nothing major. We were very happy overall.

Very close to centre and just across from the train station.
The patio doors were not shutting all the way. Think there was a locking system issue with them in my room, so best this is checked by the property staff. This was ok in summer, but might be a problem in cooler weather.

A clean, quiet, reasonably-priced apartment. Fairly comfortable though very small. Quite well equipped.
Our apartment faced north - a huge plus in the heatwave we experienced.
Lighting could be better for reading; too cramped; coffee machine hard to work out (or just broken?).
A poof and funny little occasional table as well as a more useful larger one were a nuisance in the time you space. Not often anyone around to ask a question.

Good location as it was 30min walk to St Jakobshalle and 20min to centre of town. Stair station and supermarket literally 5min walk away. I did liked that apartment had kitchen, fridge and kettle facilities in case you want to eat in. Really appreciated Swiss charger that was available as I only had Uk and EU one with me. Liked shower, comfortable bed and iron staff was provided
Apartment needs fresh painting walls in shower area as it gives look of unclean. Company was not able to provide shower gel and shampoo even after my request, although they did confirmed before I arrived that all shower staff they provide. Also TV had zero channels and even after my request were. It able to fix it so tv was just for decoration. It did t made big difference for as I was only coming to sleep there but if did had time then it would be not possible. Was difficult to work out which light which switch and there was not information provided so felt like a saga every night. Also had trouble change temperature of the room as it was very warm and dry air keep blowing. No info how and if possible to adjust that “AC”.
