Breakfadt was hot and plentiful. A bit of a queue for a single coffee machine but not that.much to complain about

Booked a room for two adults and one child. When we got to our room, the sofa bed was not made, found a spare duvet and pillow in the cupboard but no sheet. My son just used the duvet to wrap himself. The next day, our room was cleaned, bed was made, but not the sofa bed. We should probably have asked for the sheet but as we were only there for three nights, we didn’t bother. We just took the duvet cover for my son to use it as a sheet.
On the plus side, hotel is very close to the station, receptionist who checked us in was very welcoming. Great selection of breakfast.

Charger on site was broken. Staff was unable to point out suitable alternatives. Did find some myself in the neighbourhood... but since I selected this hotel specifically for a long trip with a charger that was a bit of a let down.
