Nestled in Grand Haven, this charming condo for $448 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This beautifully decorated Third-floor condo has 3 bedrooms plus a Loft area and 2 full baths in the Grand Landing Association. It is conveniently located close to US 31 and within walking distance to the downtown. INSIDE THE HOME You will love this great, well-appointed condo with balcony access from the living room, guest bedroom, and loft area. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and has an open floor plan with a living room and dining area. A master bedroom is down the hallway to the right and has a King bed and en suite master bath with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom is conveniently located next to the master and has a slider out to the balcony. Down the hallway to the right is an additional guest bedroom with a Queen bed. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination is conveniently located just outside the hall. Upstairs you will find a spacious loft area with an additional King bed. There is plenty of sleeping space in this condo. OUTSIDE Enjoy an evening taking in a sunset on the private balcony or nice walk downtown for dinner. There is a Beach Wagon and Chairs available for your use. Parking: Parking is first come first serve SLEEPING This home sleeps 8. All bed linens and bath linens are provided. Bedroom #1: King Bedroom #2: Twin over Full Bunkbed w/ Twin Trundle Bedroom #3: Queen Loft Area: King EATING The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need including cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. A dual drip or single-serve coffee pot is provided. The kitchen snack bar has 6 bar stools, the dining table will seat 4. THE LOCATION Located in the retail space below the condos are dry cleaners, an ice cream shop, and an upscale restaurant. Just a few feet in either direction is a bakery, coffee shop, and several fast-food restaurants. Conveniently located off US 31 and only minutes by car or a short walk to downtown Grand Haven, there is plenty to do with parks, marinas, beaches, shopping, and restaurants nearby. Take a walk on the boardwalk along the channel out to the Grand Haven Lighthouse and make sure you schedule a day to spend at the beach, playing in the sand and splashing in the waves-you will love the beautiful Grand Haven beach! CANCELLATION POLICY Our cancellation policy is as follows: -100% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. -50% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in. -No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date. There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment. MANAGEMENT This property is locally managed by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide a starter kit of paper products, toiletries, hospitality-grade linens and much more. Check-in is a breeze; drive straight to your rental and let yourself in with a unique lock code. We'll send you all the information you need including directions, lockbox codes, and instructions so you'll be ready to rest, relax and rejuvenate! We loved the condo. It was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed! We liked that we were not to far from the beach and downtown. The only small concern we had was that the sliding doors to the balcony porch did not lock and we had little ones.

Property was extremely clean with all amenities you can imagine. We were in for the Coastguard Festival and traffic from the condo to events was a beast. This place would be more convenient to the beach and downtown shopping when there is not so much going on. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. There are restaurants and an ice cream shop nearby, which made this a great place to get away from the crowds.

We had a wonderful time at this property in Grand Haven. The location was a quick drive to the town or beach, beds were comfortable, parking was easy, and the couch was perfect for all of us to lounge on at the end of the day. The only downside was there was not a designated pantry area so all our dry grocery goods ended up on the dining table. Wish this had been disclosed prior to arrival so we could have better planned our grocery order.

We shared this condo with another family in Grand Haven. It was spacious, comfortable and clean. Unsalted Vacations was very accommodating when I had to switch dates…twice! Super responsive and kept us up to date on our reservation leading up to our trip.
Beds and pillows were very comfortable (except my son complained the bunk bed was not comfortable and it did make creaking sounds. He opted to sleep on the couch instead).
We’d definitely book with them again.

Amazing condo. Spacious, so clean, all of the amenities one could want. Proper kitchen utensils, coffee, toiletries to get you started, access to streaming apps, comfy bedding and couch, etc. perfect place! Only downfall is you definitely have to drive to the beach. Location is not that far but it’s not walkable with kids.

I normally don’t review places, but this place was amazing! You can tell the owners care, and the place was the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed! The decor was cute, comfortable beds and lots of room! I would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay so much in this condo. It was so close to all the activities, near the beach and downtown Grand Haven! The accomodations were perfect for our family. The attention to detail and the provisions for what you would need on vacation. The beach cart, chairs and beach towels were an added bonus that we enjoyed. We will be staying here again!
