Pleasant... The stay was okay, but it could've been been better considering the price!

The property was very spacious. After several calls of complaints to Booking.com and the Property Owner, the property owner became more reachable and addressed all issues and complaints, except for the key pad lock on the front door. However, it would have been great if the property owner addressed these issues of a better security key code pad, cleaning and removal of bugs, and made it accommodating for individuals with allergies (meaning no goose down feathered pillows and comforters) prior to arriving.

The image of the property shown on Booking.com was the back of the house (back porch) and not the front of the house, which appears to be false advertisement. The door key pad did not work properly. We had to keep re-entering the door key code several times before gaining access to the property upon arrival and re-entering the property during our stay. We contacted the owner and she said that the door key code was not changed. Although the house appeared to be clean, there were many bugs throughout the house (ex. large spiders, mosquitos, and a few roaches) which was seen upon arrival to the property and during our stay. The property owner sent their cleaning staff two days later to clean the property and remove the bugs. Due to my allergies to goose down feathers, my first night in the king size bed was very uncomfortable and hard to breathe. The king size bed was in a very small room and pushed up against the wall - which would only be good if there was only one person, not two people living in the room. In addition, there were no ironing boards throughout the house. Although we requested, none were provided.

the property was perfect of a men's trip. I would rent it again and refer other's.

I loved the layout and the spaciousness. the back deck and the privacy. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. the closeness to I20 and not far from downtown Atl.
