Rooms were clean, the resort is great for a family as it has shopping, restaurants, ice cream shops and water activities all on the resort. Great service and communication from the listing property manager

Everything was great except for house keeping. We were there for 8 nights and only had house keeping once that we had to request several times. We did ask to get house keeping thru again as needed clean towels and were there for over a week but unfortunately didn’t happen. Pretty poor considering we were paying good money for that accommodation.

Check in great and super friendly. We arrived 11am and our suite was ready.
Loved the location and floor plan of the suite!
We were able to watch the Hilton’s Luau nightly.
It was a little less crowded during the week vs the weekend!
The shopping center and eateries were packed.
The only two Elevators take forever, especially during check in and check out. I heard wait times of up to 45 minutes! I know we waited at least 20 minutes several times.
Room, well they definitely dropped the ball here. Yes it was cleaned, buuuuttt there were finger grudges on every door from at least months of no cleaning .
The small bedroom with the twin beds, had one sheet stained with urine!
When requesting extra supplies for the room they seem to be very stingy!
We often had to ask multiple times to get what we actually asked for and not just sheets.
However, everyone was really friendly and accommodating.
We celebrated our senior and had a trip of a life time!!!
If you prefer less crowds, go hang lose @ NorthShore - Mahalo 🤙🏽
