Palm Court is an updated villa which sleeps 4, making it perfect for smaller groups. But don’t let the small size fool you, Palm Court Villas has everything you need for the ultimate vacation. Palm Court is ideally situated in the heart of Anna Maria Village. Take a short walk to experience great shops, diverse restaurants, fishing piers and the Community Center. Beautiful white sand beaches are just one short block away and feature a wonderful row of Australian pine trees for shade and cool relaxing. When you’re ready to explore, jump on the free Island trolley that stops at the corner of Magnolia Ave and runs the entire length of Anna Maria Island. The owners have thought of all conveniences. You will find a modern, fully equipped kitchen, ample linens including beach towels, washer/dryer, and comfortable furnishings. There is a beach gear shed with beach cart, umbrella, chairs, and sand toys. The open tropical courtyard is a wonderful place to enjoy a late afternoon margarita or a relaxed dinner prepared on the charcoal grill. So, pack your flip flops, and get ready to enjoy charming Palm Court. And if you have a larger group, Villa A can be rented along with Villa B to allow a party of 8 to enjoy all this lovely rental has to offer. ❌🐶 Please note that pets are not allowed in this rental. Perfect size cottage for family of 3 for a quick getaway. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Quiet and relaxing.

What a pleasant surprise! Our unit was beautifully updated with tasteful and comfortable furnishings. Kuddos to the remodeler!! Everything was sparkling clean upon arrival. And the location was perfect. We have stayed all over Anna Marie island over the years and this unit was one of our favorites.

We loved this property. Within walking distance to many excellent places. Everything that you need for your trip was provided and the best part was they even had a cart, beach chairs and a float for you to use. The king bed was comfortable. This place was excellent, we will definitely be back!!!!!! 10 stars! *

We loved our stay. Perfect walking location to the beach. The only downfall was I wish there where more supplies available. When you are flying somewhere and staying its nice to have basic supplies needed for the week and not have to provide these yourself, such as paper towels, garbage bags etc. Other than this is was perfect.

We have been coming to Anna Maria Island for 10 years, several times a year and this was the best place ever. When you come a lot for just 1-3 days it is hard to find a place that doesn’t require a whole week. This place let us do 3 days. And this place was very clean. Newly decorated and so comfortable. The beds were excellent and the couches were comfortable too! We loved this place and plan to return.

I had the best time in AMI with my two daughters. We planned a long weekend before they both went off to college. The house was located walking distance to the beach, restaurant and shopping. So perfect!! It was super clean, nicely decorated and very charming. It had everything that we needed. We want to come back next year!

We loved our stay! The home was super clean and in a great location for the beach, restaurants and shopping. Our only issue was a broken beach chair and they provided a new one promptly. We were totally impressed with the response time. It’s an amazing place. We can’t wait to return.

Our stay here was so enjoyable! The property was clean and comfortable, and the location is great! It’s a very short walk to the beautiful beach, and there are many good options for food and/or drinks within a few blocks of the property. We walked everywhere, and enjoyed exploring Pine Street, City Pier, Rod and Reel Pier, and Bean Point.
It was nice having the outdoor seating area for relaxation, and very helpful having a washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen was well stocked with pots & pans and all the necessary gadgets and tableware for dining in. Check in/check out was easy, and the keyless entry was very convenient.

Perfect location on the north end of the island. Beautiful property. Incredibly clean and updated. Walkable to some great restaurants and the beach. Fully stocked with everything you need. I'd stay forever if my husband let me 😍

Little Blue Bungalow on Magnolia St in Anna Maria Island. Big Adventure!!
Location, Location, Location!!! In the middle of the Island. You can walk to wherever want to visit on Anna Maria Island. Shops, Beach, and attractions. If you do not feel up to walking, there is a Trolley stop at the corner, and it will cost you $0 dollars.
Looking forward to returning.

Property was just as shown in the pictures, super clean and in great shape! Really liked that there was a shower outside and water outside to clean our Sandy feet and chairs etc available as well. Quiet location, even with other people next to us and so close to the beach and everything else. Beach spot was also perfection. The only cons for me were: j) kitchen was not stocked with anything (i.e. salt, sugar, oil) and the convenience store located nearby was missing even salt. I wish I had known that and ii) the fact that you have to go to the office to receive an envelope with the passcode when that info could be sent directly via email and avoid an additional stop. In spite of that, our stay was perfect, I am looking forward to staying at this property again!

Very clean place
Lovely place. Nothing bad to say other than recommend you provide additional paper products (very low on T-paper, Kleenex, paper towels) and more soap. Those 2 small bars were very lacking. Other than that everything was just great!

This condo was well appointed and being a block and half from the gulf side, the location was amazing with two elementary school-age kids. Also really close to cafes and restaurants, shopping, etc., but not noisy at all at night. Really great to have designated parking that close to the beach as well and not worry about having to find a parking spot. Communication with the property management company was easy and fast, and we loved having a key code to get into the property rather than having to keep track of a key. We hope to be back to Anna Maria again!

The Villa was immaculate. Kitchen, Bathrooms, towels & bedding smell nice and clean. Comfortable furniture! Organized and details about equipment, Internet, reminders on the refrigerator upon departure. It was nice and quiet & no noise!!! We will definitely return again.
