A twenty minute drive to the Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort and two short blocks away from Memorial Field, which hosts the annual music “Festival at Sandpoint.” Sandpoint boasts miles of paths to walk or bike and take in its natural beauty. Nestled along lake Pend O’rielle’s Sand Creek, there are restaurants, galleries, shops, a winery and the historic Panida Theater. Kitchen: - Full size oven/four burner gas range - Refrigerator/freezer - Microwave - Kitchen fully equipped with wide variety of cooking essentials Living area: - Gas fireplace - Apple TV streaming Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney Plus and YouTube - WiFi available for your convenience Sleeping/Bedroom: - Queen bed with premium memory foam mattress - The sofa has a pull out queen bed - Inflatable twin mattress in the closet, if needed - Window air conditioner, which cools the entire cottage - Washer/dryer - Beach towels, sand toys, folding chairs and a children’s table and chairs are located in the bedroom closet, plus TV trays and a portable computer desk Loft: The upstairs loft is available to relax and read, play games, or watch tv. There are no sleeping accommodations in the loft, as there is no egress window to escape in the event of an emergency. NO SLEEPING is allowed in the loft. Patio: - Table for four - Gas barbecue Entry through the alley, with parking alongside the cottage, makes for convenient, private access. Saint Clair Cottage is located in a well-established, family neighborhood, we ask that you honor a quiet noise level between 8 p.m. and 7 a.m. No parties or large gatherings. loved my stay. Jo was very responsive to my questions and needs. She brought the best c cookies and granola and even sent the recipe. Only one think was missing for me and maybe because I am older and have one eye, I needed a floor lamp in the living room and maybe brighter lights over the dinning table, otherwise it was perfect.

If you are looking for a cozy, quiet and honey destination, this place is it! Tucked away in a perfect little neighborhood. Tastefully decorated and everything you need. We will definitely stay again when visiting Sandpoint!

Though I’m not what you’d call an avid traveler, I’ve stayed at a number of short term rentals over the years. This was far and away the most enjoyable stay I’ve ever experienced. I’d like to give it six stars. This one goes to six!

Our stay was great. Everything we needed was there. The cottage is not large but felt big. The loft and patio are great places to hang out in addition to the living room. Summer in Sandpoint is hard to beat!!!

This sweet little cottage is a gem! It it really well cared for and clean. The beds are comfortable, the appliances/cookware are high quality. It was easy to access and we had a lot of privacy. This is one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. We are from Sandpoint and our family is still there and can confidently say it is excellent quality for the price. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was wonderful. I am so glad we selected this "in town" location rather than more scenic locations in the countryside. The rental was clean, modern, and very comfortable and located in a quiet well kept neighborhood.
It was the perfect launch/landing spot for our day excursions in the Idaho panhandle (a cruise on Lake Pend Oreille and a driving loop to Myrtle Falls & the Kootenai National Wildlife Refuge at Bonners Ferry and then on to Kootenai Falls & Suspension Bridge in Montana, then to Ross Ancient Cedars State Park, also in MT. The Saint Claire Cottage (a.k.a. Moose Lodge) is conveniently located in Sandpoint for either a short three-minute drive or a 15 minute walk to the tourist area downtown.
The hostess, Jo Ann, was excellent and timely with her all of her communications. I HIGHLY recommend this property.

This property is impressively clean, exceptionally well-appointed and a great location. A short 8 minute walk to downtown Sandpoint, and an easy drive to Schweitzer, makes this a great get-away. There is a loft for small children, but we found it absolutely perfect for two people.

This is a perfect small cottage in a residential neighborhood for those wanting a quiet relaxed getaway. Very clean with private outdoor space, and walking distance to downtown Sandpoint.
If you plan on preparing your own meals, take stock of the kitchen first as it's very minimally stocked (not a complaint, just a heads up).
Communication with the host was a breeze, and we would happily stay here again!

Lovely cottage
The cottage was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for cooking and preparing food to eat. A fun loft for the kids to chill in and a very comfortable master bed. We enjoyed the beach toys and chairs provided and it was so close to downtown Sandpoint for the beach and restaurants/shopping. Jo Ann was super responsive-would recommend!

Cute Cottage
This cute cottage is just as described. We enjoyed the location as it was close the downtown and the Lake. Quiet neighborhood. The cottage is behind a main house with alley access for parking. There is a fence between the two houses that provide privacy. There is a cute little outdoor patio with BBQ. The kitchen is well stocked. Our kids enjoyed hanging out in the loft. It is cozy and comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely little Sandpoint cottage
The cottage was in a great location convenient to downtown, parks, the main road in and out of town, and was the cutest neighborhood. Everything was sparkling clean and well kept. The thoughtfulness of supplies was greatly appreciated. We travelled in a small car as a family of four so not having to bring our own beach towels, chairs, shade tent, and toys was a huge help! Communication was easy and helpful as well. Overall A++ would stay again in a heartbeat!!
