Feeling ripped off

Location

The hot water to the tub/shower didn’t work . Called down to the front wks to see if there was a trick with the faucet since the sink was fine and the lady hung up on me!!

Comfortable hotel with easy access

Clean and fairly quiet rooms.

Breakfast had a poor selection of food. Room was quite dark. Staff was not very friendly.

I am coming back to this establishment year after year. The reason behind is I am always very happy with my stay.

There is nothing I could criticize hotel for.

Older building; stayed on second floor. Squeaky floor as you walk around, tv reception poor. Location good, breakfast good.

we will be back

Friendly and tolerant snd staff. We were a large group, played games in the lobby. Not a problem. They were great and enjoyed what we were there for

The spa was a little dirty. Needed draining and scrubbing.

Good

The decor was very new and cute in a western ski town way.

The staff were rather unhappy with their lot in life. The only element of cheer was the welcome note from the housekeeper!Sandpoint is a noisy place.

for one night and the cost our stay was ok. Would not recommend to anyone staying more than one nigh

Breakfast was ok-not great. Location was great for our purposes.

When we arrived our room smelled so much like cleaner I got an instant headache so we had to leave the window open while we left (which we intended to do anyway). We were also given a room with multiple double beds which was weird. The bathroom also had very little counter space.

Very good

Location near the mountain for Epic skiing. And a Hot tub for after skiing.

I wish that the TV had been able to stream from my phone or at least had a way for me to stream instead of watching commercials.

We were treated well, slept comfortably and were able to relax and enjoy our stay!

We had trouble connecting to the internet so after trying to reset the router etc, we were promptly moved to another room where the internet worked without a glitch. The staff is very personable and kind. The rooms were clean and the beds and towels were soft!

Breakfast was good. However I would've liked more options. The addition of some type of Breakfast meat would've tipped the scales.

I didn't like the thinness of the walls. Being next to the ice machine, seem to me a mecha for evening noise. Some of the noise made it difficult to sleep.

Ok value with good location on highway

There was availability over Labor Day weekend! Staff was friendly.

Rooms were small and very dark. A few lamps, but with blinds closed and lamps on still very dark.

It wasn't worth what I had to pay.

This is an old motel that they tried to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. Beds are worn out. Bathroom door had to be jimmied to close. Door frame was rusty. Room smelled musty. It was also noisy.

It could have been better

You need a few more options for breakfast and the prep area was small only two people could be in space at one time.

The price was outrageous!! The short staff was over worked!! I paid less for nicer room in Las Vegas. The tv didn’t work or maybe some instructions on it,

Under staffed. Room was not clean when we arrived to normal standards. Staff was nice but over worked. Management needs to hire more help immediately
