The chic three-story home was spacious and beautifully decorated. Our young ones enjoyed having the third level bedrooms and family room to themselves. There was plenty of room on the huge dining room table was puzzles and art projects. The kitchen satisfied our chef/nephew. Location is just minutes from Newport on the Levee and 10 minutes to downtown Cincinnati's attractions as well as riverfront Old Coney and Belterra Racetrack. Property manager responded quickly to our few questions. We'd stay here again!

We had a sister Christmas to take our kiddos to the Newport Aquarium. We picked this property because it was close to that. It’s close to everything, we joked anytime we needed something “let me guess it’s 5 min away”. The pictures were accurate, the checkout process was a breeze. The only 2 downsides were the stairs are steep (old house) and the main bedroom bed really needs a new mattress it sags really badly on one side.

Big old house, lots of space. Very comfortable beds. Great location. Wonderful porch to sit on. Stairs to second floor bedrooms are steep. Top floor stairs are steep and less deep - less room for your foot. All manageable for our group.

This house is beautiful with plenty of vintage charm mixed with modern features. We originally had 12 people in our group, but ended up with only 9 people staying. There would have been plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of towels and washcloths. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. Communication prior to the stay was appropriate. I do want to point out that the two rooms with futons are not bedrooms, one is a living room with doors to close it off and the other is a sitting area with no privacy, it separates the two bedrooms on the third floor. There are not 3 full bathrooms, there are 2 1/2 bathrooms. A half bath on the first floor. A bathroom with a shower stall is on the second floor and a bathroom with a shower stall and bath tub is attached to the king bed bedroom on the second floor. Some suggestions to make the stay a little nicer: hooks for clothes/towels in the bathrooms and the bedrooms, full length mirrors in the bedrooms, and essentials in the kitchen such as: salt, pepper, olive oil, and sugar. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay again.

I found this house to be perfect for my family. 4 good sized rooms. 2 second floor bathrooms were great. 3rd floor was great for the kids to get away for privacy. Parking is AMPLE!

We stayed for 2 nights. Everything was as expected and communication was great. The upstairs was perfect for all the kids to sleep together and have a room to watch tv. The only small problem was thermostat malfunctioned at night and it was very cold and there were no extra blankets. But other than that, we would stay again. Thank you.
