Location! Everywhere downtown was walkable from our hotel. The metro stop is literally a block away and breakfast included helped with the cost
Only got housekeeping 1 time during our week long stay. They did change the towels twice but toilet roll wasn’t replenished and we had to ask for more from reception. We chose not to hire a car as valet parking was $49 before tax per night. We noticed that there were other cheaper ($10-$20 per 24 hrs) parking lots nearby if you are willing to park off site.

Clean hotel
No parking was available. Staff told me when we were checking in at 4pm that they only reserve 50 spots to park vehicles and they were already full. I had to find parking available and walk to and from the garage. It was very stressful.
