Breakfast looked great, but I did not use
The entrance area on the ground level is a bit dicey, broken glass on the door, weed aroma.
However, inside the entrance area, it was very clean

EXCELLENT downtown location and the MOST HOSPITABLE staff I have ever met. They were truly wonderful! Accommodating and engaging and sought out opportunities to help us. Not the staff that stands with fake plastic smiles waiting for you to ask a question, really great people, they made our stay amazing.
There’s a great little store on the bottom floor and the hotel connects directly to the skyway.
Ten minute, or even less, walking distance to stadium. MANY good restaurants and bars in short walking distance as well.
I cannot express enough how much I recommend. Only downside is breakfast was mediocre- not bad but basic. But we will definitely be back :)

Our room was huge! Such a great price. Views were beautiful of downtown. Staff was very friendly and great answering our questions about getting around. Breakfast was delicious and displayed very nicely.
Parking had good signage but could have been free from the start rather than refunded later

Access to our destination
The room was boring. No color at all. Bland. Maintenance needs to work on Room 301. The shade had been repaired with duct tape.
