Not what I was expecting

Renting was a good experience very polite and helpful

We stayed for more than a week. We enjoyed the stay. It got two beautiful bedrooms and one nice common room. Also, the owner is pretty chill.

Sam was gracious enough to stay up til midnight and greet us after a late flight and we really enjoyed meeting him and talking with him occasionally, couldn't meet a more friendly laid back person! The home was utilitarian, had everything needed for our extended weekend visiting family. When we arrived, the bathroom had not been cleaned so I went back and checked other reviews to make sure I hadn't missed anything and I saw other reviews about the cleanliness, mattresses and noise. I also could tell that these were not major nuisances that would interfere with my stay personally. The Property Manager, Eilat was very responsive to all requests and made sure we had everything we needed and apologized as she was out of town for the final inspection before we arrived. My bedrooms mattress reminded me of sleeping at my grandmothers, including a little musty smell but I was tired enough to sleep anywhere, and that nostalgia was sweet. In the morning I did notice the sound of traffic on Johnston Rd as the house is conveniently right off the main road, also walking distance to Sprouts, Publix and Walgreens. I did also note that shampoo/conditioner are not included as provided amenities - I left some there for the next person though! My mother mostly stayed in the home while I spent most of my time with my grandbabies - she was very comfortable all weekend. We had breakfast and lunches there (and delicious coffee) and I made my covered dish salad for our pot luck at my daughter's. Overall great stay for the price! Just be aware the notes that though they didn't affect our stay may be turnoff for others

It was not clean. Condoms in a drawer. No wash clothes…no soap…no shampoo…were only allowed 2 shelves in the fridge…very disappointed. Will not return

Owner lives on first floor. Two bedrooms with a bathroom on 2nd floor. No television on 2nd floor. Share use of kitchen and living room with the property owner. Location is in a good neighborhood with restaurants nearby. Can be a bit noisy at night due to proximity to highway. Overall if you just need a place to sleep, this is a good place to stay.

This worked perfect! Host was very nice! I went in and out of the place as if I was there alone. I would come stay again.
