The location and the shower.
Finding it was challenging. We watched the video but couldn’t relate. We finally found it and was told he would open the gate but the gate was open. So we looked for “c” and found it. Then I went out to what’s app to open the door. Door “c” opened and we went to first level. Only one door with key box. Not the right place. You need much better instructions. To id the entrance and that “scale c” is the 3td door on the right and is double doors with Scala c on the right of the doors. You can’t really find a better location. It’s right next to the basilica, which made exploring so easy and enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable.
Unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi in our room, which made it a bit inconvenient. The host was friendly, though the response time could have been quicker.

Proximity to the Piazze Maggiore. Kitchen with fridge. Great shower and super comfy bed. Smart TV.
The air conditioning does not work in our room San Pietro, it did not cool the room at all and I would suggest needs to be serviced.
Having only one set of keys…it would be useful to have two front door keys.
