Instructions from the host was clear and check-in was smooth. Location is a great plus as it is right next to Piazza Maggiore. One of the best streets in the heart of the city. Apartment was very spacious like presented in the photos. I like the soft towels provided and the bed and pillows were comfortable.
Slight noise from outside (water pipe, glass recycling, and from neighbours)

Posizione centralissima, appartamento ampio
Letto scomodo, cuscini molto alti. Chiesto di cambiarli ma ci è stato risposto che erano tutti pieni.
Anche lenzuola piccole e senza angoli che scappavano da tutte le parti. Dormito davvero male.
Anche il divano in soggiorno molto scomodo . Peccato perché centralissima la posizione. Davvero 2 minuti fa piazza grande.
Ma ci è mancato il riposo.

Overall, this apartment had everything to be a good experience. It is clean, has a nice living room and a nice room. The person responsible tried to make us feel confortable.
We booked an apartment that had 2 sofa-beds and a large double bed. When we reached the apartment, we noticed that there was only ONE sofa-bed and a large double bed. We were 4 friends, so 2 of us had to sleep together in a VERY unconfortable sofa-bed. Also, the way to reach the apartment is not good. Even with the video that was sent, it is quite confusing. Would be way better to have a person receiving us. Despite the person/owner tried to make us confortable, the issue with the beds was not solved.
