We loved everything about this place. The beach is the best of both worlds. We walked down to what we called the "Island." It was perfect, Ocean on one side for the big kids and then a "toddler/adult" relaxing area in the ocean, and natural lazy river.
The only recommendation I can make is that you need a fan in the Master Bedroom and a NEW BED IS NEEDED! Wasn't very comfortable at all. The other beds in the guest bedroom were very comfortable. It wasn't anything fancy somewhat dated. But it was very clean and that is what I look for.
The bed in master needs to be replaced and updated outlets. Also, a fan would be amazing in the master bedroom as well. It gets hot because it has a lot of windows because it is on the ocean side of the building.

The location was good because it wasn't too crowded.
The building itself was run down, the elevators was very HOT and had a mold smell to it. To get inside of the unit, the key code needs to be shorten and NOT have a 10 digits number (hard to remember if you didn't have your phone handy). The unit it self needed both of the shower and tub updated and the sliding glass door to the balcony did not lock at all. Other than that is was ok.
