Nestled in Wild Dunes, this attractive house for $1,200 per night is a great choice for your next break. This will be your favorite getaway in luxurious Isle of Palms, SC! This home was just renovated in April 2021 with all new decorations, bedding, bathrooms and hardwood floors throughout with Smart TV’s in every room. The Grand Pavilion is the Heart of Wild Dunes featuring the famous Boardwalk. You will have complimentary access to both oceanfront pools and private beach access. It’s literally right outside your patio as this house has an amazing location on the pavilion. Along the boardwalk, there is an ice cream parlor, gift shop, cafe, restrooms and bar. The resort also offers two Tom Fazio designed golf courses. The first floor features the living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom with 2 queen beds and an outdoor patio that leads to 2 outdoor pools, bar and grill and then our famous boardwalk. The second floor has a huge bedroom with a queen bed and a king bed with an amazing view of the beach. The new bath has a walk in shower and double sink vanity. The other bedroom has two queen beds with a newly renovated bathroom that has a walk in shower and a two vanity sink. The third floor Master suite has a king bed with a sleep number mattress that allows you and your partner to pick the firmness of your sleep. The bathroom has been renovated with a walk in shower and dual sinks and a sit down vanity dressing area. It has a balcony was oceanfront views. All bed linens, kitchen and bath towels are included. House keeping is only provided after your departure. Please bring your own beach/pool towels. We only offer a 7 day stay right now that runs Saturday-Saturday.

We loved our stay at Wild Dunes. Nice, clean house -- well stocked, comfortable sleeping quarters, no major issues. Toilet and shower water The proximity to the pool and beach were great. A couple notes - in late-July, the pool wasn't cold or even cool, so in RealFeel 117 degrees with humidity, it wasn't refreshing to get in the pool, which could also get very crowded. The Wild Dunes gate situation was a bit confusing. Some people would say one entrance, that entrance would tell us we needed to use the other entrance. Guests arriving via Uber were held up at the gate for awhile, they couldn't find us on the registry, etc. so while it's nice that Wild Dunes is a community with built-in amenities, there were instances where it was difficult.

Our family of 6 stayed here for a week and had a wonderful stay. The house has been recently updated and was extremely clean. The location can’t be beat as you walk out the back door and right into the pool area, and the beach is just beyond the pool. Our family enjoyed the short walk to the coffee shop everyday and there is also a small grocery store. The bike rental and other amenities are also a short walk. Gretchen was a very responsive host. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time! The house was perfect! It was very comfortable and appealing, very well stocked with many thoughtful extras, and in an ideal location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back there on our next trip to Wild Dunes.

We had a fantastic time in IOP for our family vacation. The accommodations were fresh, clean and very well equipped. We loved being right on the pool and next to the beach. Ate tons of meals at the nearby restaurants. Highly recommend this property. Thank you Gretchen for being so responsive and helpful. We had no problems at all.

We loved the 3 levels. This afforded privacy and quiet times for our 3 families. Being able to step out on the pool deck and then a few yards to the beach was awesome! My teenage grands are runners and bikers so the bike trails and safe running areas was excellent. We enjoyed the pickelball courts, the ice cream shops and pizza restaurant. We found some delicious food at local restaurants that took reservations which was crucial for our family of 11. We are looking forward to coming back again!

We absolutely loved our stay in Wild Dunes! The house was just as described and location cannot be beat. The pool is right outside your door and the beach is outside the pool. The kids loved the little porch off the kitchen and would eat their lunch there then run back for more swimming in the pool or ocean. Adults enjoyed burgers and drinks and nightly entertainment at the gazebo that was next to the pool. We all loved walking the boardwalk whether for breakfast or our nightly walks for ice cream. They even have crafts for kids offered everyday. We had a few hiccups upon our arrival, that’s why the 4 stars, but Gretchen was quick to respond and handled everything. My only suggestion would be to replace the mattresses in the first floor bedroom. They are old and have very little support. Thank you for a great vacation home in the best location! Property is as pictured. Walk out right to patio and beach. It was well stocked with everything the 6 of us needed. The Wi-Fi worked well. We played Pickleball on the Wild Dunes courts. They were in the process of replacing the patio around the pavilion. Fortunately, they had already completed the side in front of our rental. The Pavilion wasn’t open and there was no live music. Maybe that happens later in the summer?

My family has been visiting Isle of Palms for almost 20 years now- and we will not stay anywhere else from now on. Our stay was amazing- The house was perfect for our family- beautiful decor and the perfect amount of space. If you are looking for convenient- this is it! Steps away from the pool and ocean- live music every night at the pavilion and some of the most friendly staff. I cannot say enough good things about our stay and Gretchen was great- she was on top of it! Thanks for sharing your beach home with us- we will definitely be back next year :)

Everything was very nice. The pool was right outside our door and the beach/ocean just a short walking distance away. The house was very comfortable, clean and well stocked. The only complaint we have is the dining table and chairs. They were very sticky, like they had been painted and never dried completely. We had to buy a tablecloth to put on the table and used towels on the chairs.

We loved this home. The community pool is directly behind the house and the beach is just a few steps more. The furnishings are new and the views are amazing. There is a cabana bar next to the pool and umbrellas and chairs are available for rent on the beach. We would definitely stay here again.
