Für uns war die Lage in Nervi perfekt. Mit dem Zug nach Genua oder dem Fahrrad ins Hinterland: passt. Die Wohnung ist super schön, modern, sehr sauber und gut unterhalten und Marco sehr nett und und hilfsbereit, danke! Die Aussicht vom kleinen Balkon ist super.
Vom Parkplatz runter und wieder drei Stockwerke rauf ist mit schwerem Gepäck je nach Fitnessstand anspruchsvoll...

The accommodation was absolutely perfect. The beach was just 200 metres from the apartment, which was incredibly convenient. Marco was so kind, welcoming and helpful. We genuinely felt at home from the moment we arrived. We travel quite a lot, but we have honestly never experienced this level of hospitality before. Everything was simply wonderful. The beds were so comfortable that I’m actually going to contact Marco and ask him what kind of mattresses they use, haha! 😄 And the view from the apartment was absolutely breathtaking. “Romantic” is truly the perfect word to describe this place, because this is where my partner proposed to me after four years together and two children. ❤️ Thank you so much for everything, Marco! We will definitely remember our stay and would love to come back one day. ❤️

Prachtig uitzicht, zeer proper appartement op de derde verdieping en hartelijk ontvangst door de sympathieke Marco! Prive-parking voorhanden. Grote woonkamer met airco en confortabel. In de slaapkamers hangen ventilatoren. Het appartement ligt vakbij een strandje met een gezellig restaurantje. Wij vonden het geweldig! De wandelpromenade en het treinstation liggen vlakbij het appartement, net zoals een winkeltje met voedingswaren. Internet is eveneens voorhanden.
