About this house rental
Located in Smith Mountain Lake, this lovely house for $375 per night is a great option for your next break. All Docked Out is ready for your next premier lakefront vacation. Our guests love staying with us and so will you. Enjoy the tree lined driveway as you enter the property. Each room is appointed with our guests in mind. The internet is blazing fast with Smart TV's for use with your streaming services. On the main level, the living area, kitchen and deck have serene lake views. Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered deck. Cook with a view of the water in the fully stocked kitchen or grill on the patio. The main level has a large bedroom with 2 sets of full over full bunk beds and full bath. Two spacious bedrooms (One King & One Queen) on the second level with shared full bath. The second level also has a large desk for remote working. Partially finished basement that includes full bath and wall mounted TV to enjoy while playing ping pong or foosball. Basement is a 4th sleeping area complete with a comfortable sleeper futon. Maximum occupancy is 8. Saturday to Saturday Weekly Rentals from week after Memorial Day through Labor Day. Cleaning fee includes linens. The deep water cove (15+ feet at full pond) has a spacious dock with upper lounge deck all accessible from the house via a lighted paver walkway. Swimming and floating is ideal with the clear calm water in the family friendly cove. Relax on the Adirondack chairs in the sun or move to the covered area with a table and chairs. Boat house includes use of refrigerator, SUP and kayak. Life jackets available. (Use all at your own risk) Boats can be tied up to 24 foot long floating dock. Full size washer and dryer available for use. Parking for 3 vehicles at the front door. Pet friendly for up to 2 dogs. Linen and Trash Service included in fees. Flexible Check in and out times in Spring and Fall. Inquire after booking. The house is walking distance or a quick boat ride to Portside Bar & Grill overlooking the water. Be sure to listen out for the famous SML Ice Cream boat that usually comes by in the evening. Virginia Dare Marina is 3/4 mile to launch your boat for nominal fee ($10 in spring 2022). Boats and Personal watercraft can be rented from local marinas. Additional dining and shopping are a short boat ride or 15-20 minutes by car.

We rent all the time at SML and this was perfect for a small gathering. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. The dock was amazing! We will be back.

One of the easiest stays on SML we have had. Beds made, Linens available, starting amounts of TP and paper towels. Home has 2 fridges. Doggie bags and treats for our dog who stayed was considerate. The cove is quiet and relaxing. The hill the home is located on was fine for our fit family but may be burdensome for others. Lawn needed mowing to minimize bugs too and can opener was dull, but really nitpicking and would be my only real complaints. Would stay with this host again, especially if another location they manage.

The house is in a perfect location and the dock was very spacious, which allowed our dogs to run and dive with no issues.
The house was immaculate, especially for a pet friendly house. In all of our VRBO /AIRBB experiences, this house had the cleanest bathrooms we’ve ever encountered.
The downstairs provided lots of things to do at night and on the day it rained. I haven’t played ping pong like that in decades….so much fun.
If you have dogs and want a clean and spacious house, this is the one!

The house was fantastic! Clean, great set up and includes everything you need. The dock was fantastic in a cove that is a no wake zone. The dock had electricity for charging the boat trolling batteries. Kitchen was well stocked. The basement has a bathroom, laundry and ping pong table, foosball table and arcade game Mortal combat. Most of the house is pet friendly and we all enjoyed our week, relaxing, fishing and just having a great time with family! Thank you for the time well spent!

The perfect waterfront property for a family of 8. The kids really enjoyed the basement area. Home was clean, great location, and quiet neighborhood. Host was excellent and great communication. The family was unable to enjoy the dock because it rain every day during our stay. We will definitely rent the home again.

Everything you need for a nice stay at the Lake! Great dock and swimming at the end of a beautiful cove. Port Side Grill has great live music (Only open on weekends) and it's nearby as is SML State Park. Steep grade to the lake so may not be good for older folks and my old Lab struggled a bit but overall a great place!

We took our son and his friends who he went to school with all the way up to graduation 2023! The boys fished, boated and rode her skis. The house was amazing! They enjoyed the dock and the game room in the basement!! It was very accommodating! We will more than likely book this house again!

My family (six adults) really enjoyed our stay at All Docked Out as we celebrated my daughter’s graduation and Mother’s Day. There was plenty of room for us all! It was so clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the week. We enjoyed the beautiful lake and dock with the corn hole, floaties, kayak and paddle board. We also loved the porch overlooking the cove to enjoy our coffee in the morning! Check-in and check-out was so easy. We really enjoyed this vacation home!

This rental is by far the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. Nicely decorated and also has very good mattresses. Fully equipped with everything. The two level dock was great and had great views of the lake! I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this place!

We took a mini vacation for our kids spring break! House was exceptionally clean, beds comfortable and so many appliances to cook meals with. We had everything we needed for all meals. The deck is very spacious and we enjoyed laying out and playing cornhole that’s provided. Kids also loved the water toys provided. My son caught a 5 pound bass off the deck our first night. Owner was very quick to respond and accommodating. We will definitely come back again!!

This property is exactly as described and was the cleanest VRBO I've ever stayed in - not a speck of dust anywhere! The property itself was perfect for our dog because it has mature trees on both sides which provided privacy and was very helpful as our dog is easily distracted if there's too much activity on adjacent properties. The kitchen was well stocked with decent cookware that was not worn/scratched. We are picky about kitchen cleanliness and the condition of the cookware because we have a family member with an Celiac -we had zero concerns. Beds were comfortable and the linens and towels provided were in good condition. We spent every day on the dock (kayaking, SUP and swimming) and every night at the firepit. Scott was easy to communicate with and even accommodated us for an additional night when we just couldn't bring ourselves to leave. This was a superbly appointed and well run rental.

My husband and I really I enjoyed our stay at All Docked Out. The property was easy to find and the house was very well stocked. There is a great view of the lake and the walk down to ( and back up from) the dock is not too challenging. We enjoyed using the provided kayak and stand up paddleboard. There are also lots of floats for you to use in the no wake Cove. We I rented a boat while we were there, and docking it at this location is very easy.
We brought our two small dogs with us which was an added bonus for the week. We have stayed at other dog friendly rentals before and not found them to be as clean as this one was. We appreciated the dog treats in the welcome bag as well as some extra doggy bags as we ran out unexpectedly during the week.
The beds are very comfy. We loved the porch overlooking the peaceful cove.
It’s about a 15 minute drive to the Food Lion in about an eight minute drive to the White House store. We hope to return for another stay here!

We stayed at this well appointed lake house for the 2nd time and it was just as great as the first time! The addition of the full bath in the basement was super convenient. The kids enjoyed the TV and chairs down there too. We also took advantage of the Green Egg this time and WOW, the meat coming off of that was delicious! Of course, the dock is where we spent most of our time. The dock house was well stocked with floats and poles for fishing and having the mini fridge is most appreciated! We love that we can keep our boat there with plenty of room to still jump from the dock. Communication with the home owner is always easy as he’s very responsive! Can’t say enough good things about All Docked Out!

We had such a great week at All Docked Out! The house had plenty of room for 2 adults, 3 teenagers and 1 dog. Much time was spent down on the dock - the cove was nice and quiet - perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking, and just hanging out in the water on a floatie - the added paddle board and kayak were a plus!
The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had.
I would definitely recommend this house and we hope to rent here again!

We really enjoyed our week at the lake! It was a nice quiet cove for the kids to swim in and they enjoyed seeing the ducklings. The house was clean and had all the things we needed to enjoy our stay.

Excellent location, lovely property!
Charming, clean home with excellent amenities including a well stocked kitchen. Great location on a quiet cove, but also a short boat ride from Bridgewater Marina, Crystal Cove and other nearby restaurants/attractions. Enjoyed watching July 4th fireworks from the lake. The dock was a real highlight - great swimming, all sorts of rafts/water toys and very little boat traffic given location on a cove. Highly recommend!

Wonderful time!!
We had an amazing 2 weeks at this property!! Was every comfortable for our family of 6. Plenty of space to lounge around, comfortable seating and well stocked kitchen.
But the best parts were our morning breakfasts on the porch and spending the day out on the dock! Plenty of seating down there and lots of floats and a paddle board and kayak to use. Also had corn hole to play! Ping pong and foosball in the basement were fun too! We would definitely rent here again!

Still giving 5 stars but the only feedback I have is that there were no toiletries for the bathroom (body wash, soap) and I think that should be specified in the listing. Also the listing does say pets are allowed but could be more clear that there is a separate pet fee.
Overall a great rental and would stay again!

We spent Thanksgiving there and the kitchen was great for 6 people.
