Situated in Coeur dAlene, this lovely house for $295 per night is a great option for your next break. Located on Sherman Avenue in the heart of downtown Coeur d'Alene, this home includes everything one would need for a comfortable getaway. Walking up to the property you get a historical feel, walking through the front door you will be swept away by the beautiful arch ways and amazed by the fully remodeled upgrades throughout the home. MONTHLY RATE: During the off-season, mid September through mid May, this home rents for $5000 per month, including all utilities and Internet. During the prime summer months, this home rents for $10,000 per month. LOCATION/NEARBY ATTRACTIONS This home is a just north of Sander's Public Beach and Tubbs Hill with all of its lovely trails and private beaches. It's a block away from the Centennial Trail and just a couple of minutes walking distance from downtown’s many fine eateries, cozy coffee shops, sophisticated wine bars and breweries, original boutiques, and adventurous antique shops. The city beach, Coeur d'Alene Resort, public library, and McEuen Park with tennis courts, basketball courts, water park, playground, and dog park are all just moments from your doorstep. Just a few blocks up the street is a local favorite, Moontime Pub and Grill, and just a couple of miles away is the infamous floating green at The Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course. BEDROOMS/BATHS This home has four bedrooms in all. The upstairs spacious master bedroom is beautifully remodeled with plenty of natural light and vaulted ceilings. The master suite has a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a beautifully crafted open shower concept, heated tile floors and a double sink/vanity. The middle floor Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed, and right next to it is bedroom 3 which has two single beds. A second full size bathroom with a custom tile shower and bathtub is next to Bedroom 2 and 3. Bedroom 4 is downstairs on the lower level of the house. This 4th bedroom suite has king-size bed, a small living area with a pull-out couch, a TV, and a beautifully remodeled full bathroom with a walk-in shower. This home is fully stocked with fine quality linens, towels, pillows, and blankets. INDOOR LIVING SPACE The Kitchen has been remodeled with granite counters and updated appliances with a gorgeous tile floor. A chef's dream! A dining table for four and the living room has a comfortable couch and lounge chairs that look onto a gas burning fireplace...perfect for those crisp, chilly evenings! There is also a wall mounted television to watch your favorite shows or movies. OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE The front yard is a great place to kick back on some outside chairs and enjoy Sherman Avenues charm. For a bit more privacy, a patio with table for six and propane BBQ is nestled between the home and the separate garage. AMENITIES/FEATURES This home has Roku app, wireless internet, A/C. What's more....the owner was thoughtful enough to include plenty of games for quality time with your family. Large washer and dryer are located on the lower level of the home for extended stays or dirty expeditions. There is a one car detached garage and room for 2 more cars to park in front of the garage. CLEANLINESS Every surface, top to bottom, in this home is wiped down, disinfected and inspected before each guest arrival. CITY ORDINANCE Downtown homes, such as this home, are restricted to family rentals only due to new city requirements for vacation rentals in the city limits. Social or corporate gatherings, retreats, etc. are not permitted in this home. We are very sorry for the inconvenience! PETS This home is small dog-friendly, albeit on a case-by-case basis and with a $150 pet fee. Please inquire to receive approval of your pet before booking online. (Per the owners request.) Pets will not be allowed on the top floor of the home to prevent damage to the hard wood floors. Please and Thank You :) AIR BNB ONLY For guests who book on Air BnB, the cleaning fee includes an accidental damage insurance policy covering any accidental guest damage up from $1500-3000. The upstairs was super hot , the heat ran constantly in the bathroom. Parking was very difficult, not a two car garage as stated The home is beautiful!

This was the perfect for our vacation here in CdA. Just a few blocks from restaurants and stores, we were able to walk to where we needed to go. The house is very cute, with updated bathrooms and kitchen. It accommodated all our needs with kitchen needs, bedding, parking and space for everyone. Loved having a fenced in yard for our 2 year old to play. We would definitely recommend this house.

All was good until the upstairs toilet plugged. We had to go to the store and buy a plunger. And it plugged up twice. We bought and paid for the plunger. I hope you leave it and don’t take it home. It has a nice kitchen, but no pans to cook in and no strainer if you are cooking noodles. Seriously one small pan and pot does not make a kitchen. And then today, I had my mint 69 Plymouth road runner and my truck and trailer parked at the curb so we could load our belongings and be out by 11:00 am. We had the property rented until 11:00 AM. Your company that you use to mow the yard showed up before 9 and was using a weed eater and mowing next to my car and truck. I tried to stop them to move my car, but by the time I called management they were gone with pine needles and small sticks on my car. WTH. Many of them were wet and had to be removed by hand, one at a time. While there we ran out of salt, there was no sugar. We have a VRBO and furnish teas, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper and spices. You folks have a lot to learn about customer service. Will be back next year, just not at your property.

Perfect location, house was clean and had all the necessities for a vacation rental. Kai answered quickly and helped asap when we needed to check in and get access to the house.

Location was great. Cooling unit needs work. When main floor comfortable, top floor hot; basement cold. Property manager required separate contract to sign beyond what stated on VRBO, so extra charges a surprise. Thought I had got into a scam website, because of several factors, but worked out so believable. Glad the home & owner prior to this rental went well, that experience raised my trust level with VRBO website. Now I will be cautious and careful reading all the information given.

This home was an easy walk to downtown CDA with access to shops, restaurants, and lake. The layout of the home was great for sharing with extended family so that everyone had their own space. We enjoyed our stay and hope to stay here again.
