Located in Hickory Run State Park, this attractive house for $232 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Beautiful all season totally renovated ranch style home available for weekends, weekly and monthly rental. Spacious living / dining area with a wood burning fireplace, open kitchen with a breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Large backyard with a firepit and Adirondack chairs overlooking beautiful Lake Harmony and Split Rock Lodge. So much to do and so little time! 2 minute walk to Lake Harmony where you will find different types of water activities that are offered - kayak, canoes, boat rentals, etc. (fee based). 5 minute walk to Split Rock Resort where they offer an indoor water park, indoor and outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor tennis and basketball, mini golf, movie theater, bowling, gym. For all the lovers of snow, we are less than 5 miles from Jack Frost and Big Boulder ski resort and not to mention all the great hiking trails We hope to truly enjoy the location of the home as well as the home itself.

This is such a cozy house and is truly a home away from home. This property has all the essentials you need and they provide linens and bath towels also! We have stayed at this property several times in the past and look forward to many more. The property is usually very clean but this last time we stayed we didn’t find it to be as clean as it should be and is why the lower rating. Francesca was made aware of this… was very apologetic and said she would address the issue. Do not hesitate to rent this property!

Lake Harmony/Split Rock location - Very convenient to Jack Frost and Big Boulder mountains, and Shenanigans, Boulder View Tavern, Nick's Lake house, etc... House is beautiful and very clean and comfortable. This is the 2nd time we stayed here and will be back again.

The home is exactly as depicted in the pictures. The location is great - you can walk to Lake Harmony and it's a very quick drive to other Split Rock amenities. You can even see a bit of Lake Harmony from the kitchen window. Overall - we had a really nice long weekend at this property.

We had a great stay at this lake harmony property. Perfect for our family of five plus our pup. So much to do right around the house and we could easily walk to the lake and restaurant. Big Boulder and state parks are close. House itself had everything we needed with a great fir out area out back. Super easy communication and check in and check out. Would stay again.

If you're looking for a cozy home nestled away in the quiet of Lake Harmony, look no further. This home offers all the benefits of being in Lake Harmony, but the quiet of the mountains. The lake is literally around the corner, along with the fun of Split Rock (beach, kayaks, fun!), a drive to great restaurants and incredible hiking trails. The host was wonderful and the home had all the amenities that we needed. Our kids loved it so much (13 and 10) that they want us to buy a lake house...so needless to say, we'll be back!!

Comfy, cozy and clean - - - exactly as advertised! A true retreat! The house is stone's throw from Lake Harmony and a short drive to Jim Thorpe. Owner was personable and a pleasure to deal with, graciously accepting our dog at last minute when house sitter's work schedule changed. We will definitely stay here if we vacation again in Lake Harmony area.

We had a great week. The weather was perfect as was the location of the house. We were able to quickly get to State Parks and trails that we wanted to hit up. Returning to the house provided a peaceful setting, with everything we needed. The house was clean and easily accomodated our group of 6 (4 adults, 2 kids).

The house was perfect for 2 couples to enjoy a weekend getaway in the Poconos. The house is a short walk from the Lake. We enjoyed a great hike over at Boulder Field and to Hawk Falls. The Lake itself is a bit small and filled with motor boats, but we were able to enjoy it by renting Kayaks for a trip around the periphery but we recommend going early before the big boats get out on the Lake! We didn't lack for anything in the house and the owner was very responsive. Would recommend for those who want to enjoy the area.

We stayed the weekend and even though the weather was in and off, we still had a great time. The house is cozy & is decorated to nice, it feels just like home. The neighborhood was quiet which is a plus. The lake is a short walk away. A lot of nice state parks, hiking trails, miniature golf and water parks near by. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had. I recommend this property.

We had a great stay here. We were in for a wine festival at Split Rock Resort and this house was super close. So convenient to everything. It was super clean and well maintained. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. We would stay here again!

This house was exactly as posted. We arrived on Christmas and it was so nice to have a tree decorated at the house! We used the fireplace which added to the coziness. Everything we needed - from firewood to laundry detergent to various kitchen items - were all available for use. The owner was great with communicating and checked in on us several times! We would definitely rent again.

This property was so cozy, clean, and the location, location, location…perfect! Kitchen was well stocked with serving dishes, pans, coffee mugs, linens provided, cozy throws for the sectional couch. Fluff, soft towels. Will definitely be renting again. ❤️

Myself and 3 other nurse friends stayed at this beautiful home for a couple of days. After Covid, we wanted to relax, recharge and see the beautiful fall colors of the Pocanos. We traveled around the Pocanos but found the Lake Harmony area was our favorite place. It is a beautiful area with a lot of ammenities to offer. The home itself was very comfortable and simply but beautifully decorated. The outdoor area was so charming and relaxing nestled in the woods. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home with us! I would highly recommend this home as a relaxing getaway!

The property was perfect for us. Everything you need is supplied for you. Our leash that we had for our dog had the latch chewed off the first night. It wasn’t a problem because a chain leash was on the property. I would say the owners think of everything.

Good location. When we went out, we drove to the nearby Blue Ridge Winery, and restaurants including the Boulder Rock Tavern, Nick's, Sand Bar, Piggies and the Terra Cottage restaurant. We also took a 45-minute Lake Harmony cruise. The rest of the time we relaxed around the property.

The house was everything we expected and more. Great location and beautiful outdoor surroundings. We enjoyed the fire pit and communing with nature for the entire trip. Frannie was a terrific host. Contract says everyone must provide licenses. We asked why and were told that just the primary and secondary renter can just provide the licenses. Then a few days later was told everyone driving had to provide licenses. The heating in the rooms were very difficult to deal with and had to keep the rooms at a set temperature which made the rooms extremely hot to sleep in. We had an ice storm which froze the trash gate shut and were unable to open it. Told the owner and they made it sound like we were dumb and didn't know how to open it by saying "it just lifts open from the top." Then we were told that we would have to take the trash somewhere from the property because it couldn't be left there. After several back and forth messages, there was a partial resolution of putting it in another trash can that would be frozen as well. With all that being said, the house itself was nice and enjoyed the openness of living room and kitchen room, just didn't like the communication with owner and sleeping in a sauna at night.

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was very clean with a well-stocked kitchen. The bedrooms are each a decent size. The living room was very comfortable and the hosts even decorated for the holiday which was so thoughtful and charming. Everything was as pictured. We would definitely stay here again. Easy drive to skiing!
