Greeted by cobwebs and broken screen door. Dangerous step up to the bedroom with broken trim that had numerous re-gluing failed attempts. Nail sticking out. Repaired with duct tape day two. Bedding worn and stained. No heat. No Blankets...2 eventually provided. One wash cloth for 2 people/4 days. *LOUD DJ, screaming & shouting party Sat evening in main part of the house until 12:30 AM rattling windows

Me and my daughter had a wonderful stay here, this was just what we needed for what we were doing out here for my daughter's softball tournament. Thank you for safe place to stay.

We arrived pretty late and it was hard to spot the gates, we were a little confused once we entered gate. signs weren't clear enough for us to see so we tried accessing the back gate which was incorrect. the person who we called to talk with wasn't too helpful. they should be aware of the possible mistakes we could have when arrival (mistake must've happend often since the second gate was super secured) but she was unsure of what was happening. we were about to just go book a hotel since it was 1AM, but whoever lived in the house was able to come out and inform us that we were at the wrong spot. so we felt terrible for distrubing their sleep. otherwise the place is nice and small.

Saturday night took a turn for the worse when we returned to the property and the code no longer worked to unlock the door. We chose to sleep in the car since it was already late, and we realized we had to cancel plans for the next day as well because the property manager also couldn't access the property. A locksmith had to come let us into the property the next day. The property manager and I agreed on a refund of just 1 night because we paid for 2 but I have been blown off ever since. I have made many attempts to reach her again.

The unit was cute, clean and comfortable! Host was so attentive to detail and provided so many niceties if you forgot any essentials. Perfect spot for us and any other potential renters visiting family in there area!!

With the weather being in the mid 80’s I thought I would have access to all the amenities. The pool and backyard area was a big part in choosing this location. The pool/backyard area was closed and I didn’t see anything that states that area was going to be closed during my stay. Overall, it’s a nice place in a nice neighborhood.

It was a cute little place in a quiet neighborhood. The highlight was the arcade game for sure. Everything was clean and it was so cute. Everything you need is available. Thank you!!

Place was cute! Had everything you could need. A couple things, AC wall unit is quite loud when it kicks on and you are sleeping but it is better than no AC! Also the plastic mattress cover made us sleep hot/sweat (but I understand the protection). Ceiling fan in the bedroom didn’t work or I couldn’t figure it out, and each morning it seemed like yard work in the neighborhood was being done and made the stay a little noisy. Overall, the place was great and the location was perfect for our needs! The cookies were a nice treat too!

The hosts were great and quiet! Helped me with my questions when I had them and everything was super easy. Really good place to stay if you’re on a budget and need to do a couple things in the area. The price is amazing for all the amenities that are offered. Thank you so much and we definitely will be back!

This property really felt like a home away from home. Very cute, quiet and cozy. It is the perfect size for a solo traveler or a couple. I definitely would recommend this place for a comfortable place to stay a couple of nights.

This was such a great little get away place to stay! We had to attend a 3 day conference and with others staying in nearby hotels this was way nicer!! The neighborhood was beautiful right by the hills!

My husband and I stayed here for a week and everything was wonderful! There were so many nice, homey touches and everything was super clean. We were close enough to the beach and Disney to enjoy those during our stay. Jeff was very easy to get in touch with and took care of anything that came up! Would definitely come here again:)

Every detail was covered - coffee, signs, kitchenware, even spare toothbrushes for our toddlers and some games set out for kids. It is a small space, but we were fine staying there with two toddlers. (We spent most of the day out of the house.) The owner responded quickly to every message. Definitely reach out to him if you have any questions. It is in a nice neighborhood for taking walks. About a 10 minute drive to Citrus Park that has a nice playground and splash pad.
