About this chalet rental
Located in Noordwijkerhout, this attractive chalet for $231 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This property has been cleaned with chemicals that are effective against Coronavirus. Our staff is following all safety protocols as directed by the local authorities. Physical distancing rules apply for check in and check out. This luxurious, detached chalet is located in a separate part of Parc du Soleil in the seaside resort of Noordwijk. The chalet has a bright living room with French doors. There is an open kitchen with a dishwasher and a combination microwave. There are three bedrooms, two of which each has two single beds (which may be set up as a double bed), and one with a bun bed for children (70x180cm). There is a TV in two of the three bedrooms. A bathroom with shower and toilet makes it complete. You can reach the spacious terrace with its garden furniture through the French doors. There is parking space for one car in the vicinity of the chalet. Various chalets can be rented at Parc du Soleil for 4 to 6 people. Type homes are divided into categories. Because these are private properties, they were decorated according to the owner’s personal taste and surface area, furnishing and size may vary – the level of comfort is as described, however. The arrangement of beds (sleeping places, separate beds or double beds) depends on the owner and cannot be determined beforehand. Nice property but needs better cleaning. Drawers and fridge were dirty at arrival.
Some more Tea spoons and ice cube tray would have been nice to have.

Ich fand das Haus sehr eng, wir waren nur zu viert da, mit 6 Personen undenkbar. Und es gab nur 1 Haustürschlüssel. Auch unpraktisch.

Die Buchung war sehr sehr schwierig. Bis unser Zahlungseingang mal gefunden wurde, vergingen viele Telefonate und sehrviele Emails unserer Seits. Unser bereits bezahlter Urlaub wurde von Belvilla storniert. Auch die Rechnungen wurden unterschiedlich und falsch ausgestellt. Auch hier erfolgten mehrere Emails um die Diverenz zurück zu erhalten. Bisher geschah leider nichts. Zum Urlaub selbst: Das Haus war sehr schön eingerichtet. Allerdings hatten wir es grösser erwartet. Die Schlafzimmer sind so klein das man die Betten verschieben muss um ein kinderbett dort aufstellen zu können. Anhand der Fotos sieht alles viel grösser aus. Auch das Schwimmbad oder die Spielplätze sehen größer aus. Bei Ankunft war unser Haus noch voller Sand und die Couch voller Tierhaare. Die Reinigung erfolgte am nächsten Morgen sofort. Generell sollten die sanitären Anlagen besser gereinigt werden. Das haben wir dann erledigt. Sonst war es ein schöner Urlaub und auch das Restaurant ist zu empfehlen.

Wij waren net iets buiten de aankomst tijd op het park. Er was voor gezorgd dat ons huisje open was zodat wij erin konden. Er stond op tafel een tas voor ons klaar met een welkomstpakket. Ook lag er informatie voor ons klaar. Dit hebben wij als prettig ervaren. De accomodatie is prima. Mooie ligging en het wordt allemaal netjes bijgehouden.

Wir sind eingetroffen gegen 14Uhr. Das Häuschen war noch nicht fertig. Wir wurden sehr herzlich an der Rezeption empfangen. Als wir in Haus durften, traf uns zuerst der Schlag. die Senseo-Kaffeemaschine war weg. Der Vormieter hatte sie wohl zu seinem eigen gemacht. Von der Rezeption haben wir umgehend eine niegel nagel neue erhalten. Die Spühlmaschine war noch vom Vormieter voll. Das Haus war noch voll mit Staub und Sand. Alle Mängel wurden umgehend von seiten der sehr netten Rezeptionsmitarbeitern behoben (zumindest die Behebung in Auftrag gegeben.) Das war das Schlechte. Die Lage des Parks ist ca.3km vom Strand entfernt. Laufen geht, aber in 1,5km entfernung ist auch noch ein Parkplatz. Von dort kann man in ca.20min.Fußmarsch den Strand erreichen, wo immer Wasser ist. Das Dorf ist ebenso 2km entfernt. Alles ist mit dem Fahrrad kein Problem. Ein eindeutiges Plus an genau diesen Häusern ist der Spielplatz in der Mitte des Platzes. Die Kinder können ohne Probleme hinaus. Auch alleine. Wir Eltern konnten Essen zubereiten und die Kinder auf dem Sandspielplatz spielten. Das Haus ist natürlich somit ein bisschen mehr durch Sand verschmutzt, als sonst. Aber es lohnt sich wirklich. Ein weitere Pluskunt ist der relativ niedrige Preis vor den Ferien. In den Ferien hätte ich das Häuschen wahrscheinlich nicht gemietet, da es mir eindeutig zu teuer gewesen wäre.

Aufgrund der derzeitigen Corona Beschränkungen konnten wir unsere Reise leider nicht antreten und haben dies auch dem Park entsprechend mitgeteilt. Auch Belvilla haben wir mehrfach angemailt, aber leider ist es nicht möglich, mal mit jemand zu sprechen. Teilweise kommt die Mail einfach zurück, wieder mit dem Hinweis, auf die Homepage zu gehen. Man wird immer nur auf die Homepage verwiesen, dort alles zu regeln. Dies klappt allerdings überhaupt nicht. Selbst in der chat Funktion, sofern sie mal klappt, wurde man nur auf die Homepage verwiesen. Ich finde es sehr schade, dass Belvilla nicht von sich aus die Reise absagt oder anbietet umzubuchen. Sie können doch nicht ernsthaft verlangen, dass man sich bei Einreise 10 Tage in Quarantäne begibt und bei Rückkehr nach Deutschland für 5 Tage.....Ich warte immer noch auf eine Antwort und bin sehr gespannt, was da kommt.

Mooi chalet op een kleinschalig goed geoutilleerd park in een mooie omgeving. Vriendelijke behulpzame medewerkers in de receptie. Chalet was heel netjes en goed verzorgd. Ruimte met 52 m2 en 1 badkamer beetje krap met 6 personen. Door het mooie overdekte buitenterras met eettafel en stoelen is het heel goed te doen.
