About this house rental
Located in Noordwijkerhout, this lovely house for $230 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Cozy house with a bright and airy beach atmosphere in the popular and centrally located Sollasi holiday park. Last minute deal 2.-9.May! The house welcomes you downstairs with an open, fully equipped kitchen, a large dinig table with 6 chairs, a living room with a sofa, two armchairs, and a fireplace. We provide a smart TV in the living room and a second one in the master bedroom. Additionally, there is a bedroom with double doors leading to the garden, a modern bathroom and a separate toilet. A cozy, completely fence in garden with a lounge sofa, as well as a terrace with dining area and barbecue. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and TV, and another bedroom with a pull-out bed. The hallway offers plenty of space for your personal belongings. We provide high-quality bed linen and towels in sufficient quantities. In addition to the basic toiletries, we offer toilet paper, tissues, and cotton swabs. In the kitchen, we provide all basic condiments, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, creamer, tea, etc., as well as kitchen paper, aluminum foil, baking paper, and all cooking utensils. As a special extra, we also offer a nice "care package" with snacks, drinks, and a typical Dutch treat. The house is centrally located amidst the bulb fields, close to the famous Keukenhof, Amsterdam, The Hague, and Schiphol International Airport. The Langevelderslag beach with restaurants and shops is only 2 km away (10 minutes by bike). The park has 2 restaurants and a small shop and is also located next to a small lake with a very nice restaurant called "Comer See" and a range of water sports activities. In the nearby Noordwijkerhout and Lisse, you will find all the shops, supermarkets, and restaurants, which you can easily reach by bike. The central location makes the house an excellent starting point for exploring all the major cities in the Netherlands. The Keukenhof with its famous annual flower exhibition is only 2 kilometers away and easily accessible by bike to avoid traffic and parking problems. There are 3 golf courses nearby, the park offers tennis courts, and at the nearby Langevelderslag beach, you can go windsurfing and kitesurfing. Of course, cycling and hiking through the flower fields, dunes, beach, and nearby forests are popular activities. For day trips with children, we have the famous Linaeushof 10 minutes away by car, Madurodam in The Hague, and various zoos in Amsterdam and Rotterdam. For culture lovers, there is plenty to see and discover within a half-hour drive: museums, castles, historic cities, and of course, the famous Dutch windmills. The stations in Sassenheim or Voorhout have P & R facilities, so you can easily and quickly explore the major cities by public transport. The house accommodates a maximum of 4 adults and a maximum of 3 children. We have the following rules regarding our four-legged guests. Dogs: A maximum of two dogs are allowed per stay, and we charge an additional cleaning fee of 50.00 per dog per stay. We ask our dog owners to ensure that the dog does not lie on sofas and beds, or at least not without dog blankets. We also provide dog beds for you. Should extraordinary cleaning costs or other costs arise, we must reclaim them from the guest.

Created our own Dutch home in this quintessential Nederland huisje . Appreciate the amenities, able to move right in and settle down to a great comfortable week. House was quiet even with 4 of us. Great location, just 4 km walk out bike to beaches, and a walking, biking trail right being the complex. Town of noordvijkhout was just simply the best immersion into the Dutch life. Staying in Susan's bungalow was the high point of our stay in The Netherlands. Susan is such a gracious host and goes out of her way to make your stay memorable. Not only does she have a fabulous home but also she was so super proactive in providing us suggestions of where to visit, eat, shop and tour.
It was so nice to be able to come back at the end of a day of activities and sit outside in the garden to relax with a drink and some snacks in the sun.
Her home is very well stocked and we were able to enjoy cooking some meals in the evening.
The instructions to find the property were well detailed and easy to follow.
My friend and I would recommend Susan's property to anyone but especially to Canadians and Americans who are looking to truly enjoy the countryside and beaches of The Netherlands and...
get to explore both the tourist attractions but also the amazing hospitality and local villages off the beaten tourist path.
A bonus is the two restaurants just steps from the bungalow on the lake and also rental bikes on the property so that you can enjoy the amazing cycle routes.

Gemütliche Unterkunft mit Landhauscharme
Wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus in einem Bungalowpark, jedoch für sich autark. Zugang zum Ferienhaus erlangt man über Schranken, so dass nicht jeder dort parken kann. Der Parkplatz 4 ist direkt am Häuschen gelegen. Das Haus ist funktional, aber gleichzeitig heimlich eingerichtet, so dass wir uns gleich wohl gefühlt haben. Eine Senseomaschine für Kaffeepads und für Filterkaffee ist auch vorhanden. Gewürze, Spüli, einige Kaffeepads und Getränke im Kühlschrank, Toaster und Sandwichmaker etc. sind vorhanden, so dass wir erstmal „ankommen“ konnten.
Die Gastgeberin ist sehr sympathisch und freundlich, kümmert sich um alles und steht für alle Fragen offen.
Die Unterkunft hat meinen Kids und uns gut gefallen. Jeder hatte sein Zimmer und der Garten ist umzäunt, so dass wir unseren Hund wunderbar hätten unterbringen können.
Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist optimal als Ausgang für Ausflüge nach Leiden, Amsterdam, Lisse und Nordwijk usw. und zum Strand sind es 5 Autominuten. Der Strandparkplatz kostet 5€ am Tag.
Trotz der Einbindung der Unterkunft in ein Bungalowpark ist es himmlisch ruhig.
Alles in Allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt dort und wir kommen gern wieder :)

Optimales Feriendomizil
Das Ferienhaus das optimal gelegen ist, inmitten der Tulpenblütte, wenige Kilometer von der Nordsee entfernt und Amsterdam in der näheren Umgebung, bietet allen Konfort den man erwarten kann. Mit Liebe zum Detail ist das Haus eingerichtet und es alles Vorhanden was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Ebenfalls ist die Terrasse und der Garten mit allen Bequemlichkeiten ausgestattet. Eine überaus nette und Hilfreiche Vermieterin ist immer für ein da und hilft mit Tips und Informationen, einen perfekten Urlaub zu verbringen.
Wir haben die Zeit genossen, kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen das Ferienobjekt gerne weiter.

Eine schöne Familienwoche
Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und hell, eingerichtet. Es war sehr sauber und großzügig mit Handtüchern und Bettwäsche bestückt. Auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Holztreppe ins Obergeschoss ist etwas steil für Kleinkinder und Schwangere.
Deutsches Fernsehen zu empfangen war schön. Der Keukenhof ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt.
Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar.

Zauberhaftes Haus!
Ein nettes Willkommen durch Susan und ein wunderschönes Haus erwarteten uns am Anreisetag. Komplett ausgestattetes Haus, nichts fehlte. In der Nähe der tolle Strand, schöne Städtchen und Orte und der Keukenhof, dessen Blumenpracht uns begeisterte. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub!

Trotz schlechten Wetter - Erholung
Das Haus ist so wie beschrieben, wobei wir mit 6 Personen nicht anreisen würden. Die Sauberkeit hatten wir in der Form noch nie in einer Mietwohnung erlebt. Echt klasse und angenehm. Rundum klasse Haus und tolle Vermieterin

Abwechslungsreicher Urlaub in toller Familienunterkunft
Als Familie mit zwei Teenagern verbrachten wir im Oktober 2021 eine Woche in Susans wunderbarem Ferienhaus, das uns durch seine perfekte, vollständige Ausstattung und seine Gemütlichkeit und stilvolle Einrichtung/Dekoration begeistert hat. Den Kommentaren vorheriger Mieter können wir uns nur anschließen. Betonen möchten wir an dieser Stelle unbedingt die für ein Ferienhaus wirklich reich bestückte Bibliothek, aus der man eine Vielfalt an Lektüre auswählen kann.
Die Lage des Hauses, einerseits direkt in Meer-/Strandnähe, andererseits nicht weit von inspirierenden Städten der Niederlande entfernt, hat uns als Familie mit Teeangern darüber hinaus überzeugt. Wir haben in der relativ kurzen Zeit eine Reihe an tollen Ausflügen unternommen, die auch durch Susans praktische Tipps zum Erfolg wurden.
Weil eine Woche im Grunde zu kurz war, um alles das zu unternehmen, was man unternehmen könnte, werden wir sicher noch einmal in dieses Ferienhaus zurückkehren!
Vielen Dank nochmals an Susan, die reibungslose Kommunikation wie auch an Cindy und Cord für den herzlichen Empfang!

Het is een heel mooi en gezellig ingericht vakantiehuis voorzien van alle gemakken. Alle electrische apparatuur die je kunt bedenken is aanwezig. Bij aankomst was er een uitgebreid welkomstpakket aanwezig. Goede bedden en een fijne badkamer en keuken maken dit huis compleet.

Fantastisch
10 dagen met kerst en oud∋euw in een super vakantiehuis. Er stond zelfs een kerstboom en de blikjes bier en flesjes bubbels in de koelkast. daar hadden we nou net trek in.
De woning was net gerenoveerd dus alles was nieuw. Het is super gelegen naast de parkeerplaats waar je geen last van hebt. Onze hondjes hebben ook genoten want je zit zo in t bos met heerlijke uitlaatmogelijkheden. Wij hebben genoten en hopen gauw terug te kunnen komen!
