The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Loved the open space of the house and layout! 2 bathrooms was perfect. I really enjoyed the swings and screened in porch and underneath swing and rockers. Kitchen stocked with enough cooking pots and utensils. Sweet cottage all around and perfect location.

We loved the location which was just across the street from beach access. Very few people on the beach this time of year which was wonderful. Plenty of kitchen items to cook with. The split floor plan was great for 2 families. I will say the sliding glass door is very difficult to open and the main light in the kitchen doesn’t work, but there were plenty of lamps to offset that.

This property got our family of 7 perfectly. Everything we needed was available. It was a great walk to the beach and the view from the balcony porch was excellent.

The location is excellent. Edisto is really a good beach. The extra fees (fees and service fee) are misleading on the cost.

Located across the street from a beach access this is a great location to stay in. The block behind the house is close to restaurants and shops. Screened porch is nice but the sliding door is difficult and needs help to open/close smoothly and easily. House is well stocked, even has some chairs for beach downstairs. Does not have driveway. One of the twin beds needs a new mattress but all others were good. Enjoyed our stay.

This house was PERFECT! It’s steps from the beach and only a golf cart ride away from shops and restaurants. Definitely would stay here again.

This is the perfect location for beach, store, restaurants, etc. Very quiet neighborhood. Great house for a large family and group of friends. Porch is a fantastic to place to hang out. Lots of good amenities. The beds need a little updating for a better night's sleep, but otherwise perfect getaway.

The rental was nice. The only problem we had was when we tapped the address that was sent to us to pick up our key, it took us to a house on the island instead of Vacasa. Once we finally got our keys for the house we made it back to our house which was completely dark with no lights around the house. When i went to the back door to unlock it, it opened while trying to unlock it. So the door was left open. Just made us a little uncomfortable. The house was great and the week was great. Would recommend TV’s for each bedroom and ceiling fan on front porch.

This home is located in just the right spot for a short beach walk. I love the setup with the main living area in the middle and bedrooms/bathroom on either side. The screened in front porch was amazing to enjoy the view, swing, rock, and just relax.

The home was well furnished with beach decor. It was nice to have a beach view from front porch and deck. Hearing the waves at night was a plus! We enjoyed hanging out under the house with a nice breeze.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Peggy’s Perch was a very comfortable and pretty home. The home. Was very clean the beds were made and the linens laid out neatly on the beds. We loved being able to sit on the screened porch. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay there and would recommend the home and the employees at Atwood Agency to anyone wanting to visit Edisto.
