Nestled in Edisto Beach, this lovely house for $370 per night is a great option for your next break. VIEWS, VIEWS, LOCATION-VIEWS from many rooms in this beautiful beach home named HIGH SEAS. LOCATION near Grocery store, restaurants, shopping-walking to Jeremy’s Inlet. *Please Be AWARE--WE DO NOT ADVERTISE ON CRAIGS LIST, social media or any other site. IF AN AD IS ON CRAIG'S LIST or any other site FOR THIS HOUSE, IT IS A SCAM. PLEASE CONTACT OWNER ASAP. Also be aware of a fake twitter account with the address of @307palmettoblvd. This is NOT associated with High Seas. We realize our cancellation policy may come across as non-flexible, however, we work personally with our guests and each situation. This is an OWNER managed home only. We try to provide a clean, comfortable home for you and your family to enjoy and make special memories during your stay at Edisto Beach. Linens and towels are provided for less worry and more value. Upgraded linens. This spacious, wide open floor plan with the ocean as a backdrop provides a wonderful gathering place for families or a quiet getaway. BEACH ACCESS is THREE/FOUR houses away. Sit on the sofa, dine at the table and see the ocean. Cook in the fully stocked kitchen while viewing the sparkling ocean. Lounge on the outdoor daybed, eat at the outdoor table and chairs or picnic table. Sunbathe in the loungers, rock in the rocking chairs or relax with a book in the adirondack chairs on the upper deck and admire the sparkling salt water with each activity. Watch the sun rise over the ocean from deck off of the master bedroom. 2 king rooms, 1 queen room, 1 room with two singles, room with daybed/trundle. Three full bathrooms. One with a shower only, one with a tub/shower, and the master with a spacious shower The house is kept updated with new additions each winter. Items for your vacation pleasure include flatscreen TV in second floor den/media area with internet access and flat screen tvs in bedrooms. Updated furniture. All hardwood flooring in upstairs bedrooms! Phone with unlimited nationwide long distance. Wi-fi. Fully stocked kitchen. Covered porches, deck, covered sitting area downstairs, grill-which cooks with charcoal or gas heat. Huge outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Golf at the local Golf course, Stono Ferry or drive only 51 miles to five championship courses at Kiawah. NO Pets/NO Smoking PLEASE. Adult Bicycles 🚲 Beach gear- chairs, umbrellas, toys, wagon Beach Towels Electric Fireplace Renters must be a minimum of 25 years of age. Celebrations at the house, such as weddings, receptions, reunions, etc, are allowed. However, if larger celebrations are expected, please discuss with owner. Property is very well maintained up to date and in a great location with awesome views. Short walk to the beach and plenty of space to stretch out and relax whether you want to relax in the shade underneath or in the sun out on the deck. Had a great stay and will definitely look at staying here in the future.

We have been staying at this home for many years during our grandson's fall break. We just love everything about the home. A bedroom for each of us along with a bathroom for each. So comfortable and inviting. It has everything we could possibly need. Just across the street from beach access and we sprint across every morning for the sunrise. And the owner is always quick to respond to our needs.

We LOVED High Seas! It was the perfect house for the 8 of us to share (4 adults, 4 kids). The views of the ocean from the porches were beautiful and we spent lots of time on them reading and enjoying the breeze and sound of the ocean. The house was well stocked with everything we could have wanted/needed. The second refrigerator definitely came in handy. We used the grill several times which made cooking at home easy. The walk to the beach was super doable even for the kids! This was our first time on Edisto, but we will definitely be back and would definitely stay in this home again.

The views of the ocean from the porches were beautiful and we spent lots of time on them reading and enjoying the breeze and sound of the ocean. High seas was perfect for our getaway. Beautiful views of the ocean and sunrise. Spacious, with plenty of room for our group of eight friends. Very well stocked kitchen. We appreciated having a second refrigerator as well as the provided bicycles. It was also nice to have linens provided with an abundance of extra towels and pillows!

It was good to get back to Edisto. The whole family, kids and grandkids all had a wonderful time. The house fit us perfectly. Plenty of room for kids 4 to 9 to play and short walk to beach. Kitchen very well furnished. Would definitely consider staying here again and recommend to others.

We all had a wonderful time at your house. We are a group of musicians and spouses (Landslide Band) that played with “Edisto Gumbo “ Saturday afternoon for the Shag Fest. Looking forward to next year!

COMFORT is at the top of our vacation rental list. We all slept comfortably. The description states there are four bedrooms, but the media room made a perfect fifth. We enjoyed the open main floor and the flow of the PORCH areas. Lots of counter space and a well-stocked kitchen made for fun meal preps. The oversized kitchen table hosted Spicy Uno games and an Asian Dumpling making lesson led by my daughter :). The den area flowed from the kitchen making roomy togetherness even more possible. Wall-to-wall windows made for magnificent VIEWS!
Y’all. The BICYCLES! An unexpected extra were 6 adult bicycles that we rode nearly every day. Edisto has great bike paths and bike racks at nearly every access and retail spot. Such a simple thing, but who has time and space to ride bikes in regular life?!
Lastly, LOCATION. With beach access just a few houses down, we came and went easily. And sometimes we enjoyed ocean (and people and bird and bicycler) views from rockers on the BREEZY balconies!

Great House in Great Location
The house is in a great location and has everything you need. The kitchen is fully stocked and it’s a very short walk to the beach. Not far from the grocery store and shops either. Lisa was very responsive and tried to help with any questions we had. We will definitely look into booking another stay at High Seas!

Beautiful beach house
We stayed for a week with our three grown children and my parents. There was plenty of room for all of us, and the bathroom set up made it easy for everyone to have access and privacy. The view from the porches was almost as good as beachfront, but at a more reasonable cost. Access to the beach was close and easy. This house had everything you could need, including tons of beach gear and bikes. The owner was quick to respond and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this house for a family vacation

We couldn’t have chosen a better home for our week at Edisto than Lisa’s. There was plenty of room for my entire family plus a 4 month old. There was an issue with the Keurig and she even ordered one same day and had it shipped to the house for us. Beaching with a baby was a little more indoors than we planned due to the cold temps that week, but being able to see the ocean from almost any room in the house made it more than ok. We’ve already all decided that we will absolutely be returning to High Seas again for our summer vacation next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Edisto. Lisa’s home is beautiful and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything one could need or want. The beds were so very comfortable! We all agreed they were the best away from home beds we’d ever experienced. The views of the ocean and the moon rise were lovely. It was great to walk across the street and be at the beach! We can’t say enough - it was a wonderful time!
